According to a press release sent Aug. 11, anyone who visited either business on Sunday, Aug. 8 and/or Monday, Aug. 9, may have been exposed to Covid-19. Jack-inthe-box is located at 1115 Airport Park Blvd., and Rite-aid is located at 680 S. State St.
Public Health officials advise anyone who visited either business those two days to get tested for Covid-19 if they have not been vaccinated, and also advise anyone who has been vaccinated to get tested if they are having symptoms of the virus such as: fever, cough, and shortness of breath. Other symptoms may include chills, muscle pain, headache, sore throat, fatigue, congestion, runny nose, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, or new loss of taste or smell.”

Anyone who visited either of the Fort Bragg restaurants between Thursday, Aug. 5, and Sunday, Aug. 8, is also advised to seek testing for Covid-19 if they are unvaccinated, or have been vaccinated against Covid-19 but are experiencing the symptoms described above.
County officials describe management employees at both Fort Bragg restaurants as also “responding quickly,” both temporarily closing their businesses and sending their employees to be
tested while contacting any customers they can identify.
