Roadwork planned in Mendocino County

• Route 20 (16.5) — Slide removal two miles west of Three Chop Road will continue. Oneway traffic control will be in effect. Motorists should anticipate 10-minute delays.

• Route 20 (23.7/25.9) — Highway constructi­on east of Three Chop Road will continue. Oneway traffic control will be in effect from 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Motorists should anticipate 15-minute delays.

• NEW: Route 101 (0.1/0.7) — Maintenanc­e operation from the Mendocino County Line to Geysers Road will begin Monday, Aug. 30. Lane closures will be in effect from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Motorists should anticipate minor delays.

moval from Comminsky Station Road to Pieta Creek Bridge will continue. Lane closures will be in effect from 6 a.m. to 5 p.m. Motorists should anticipate fiveminute delays.

• NEW: Route 101 (10.4/11)) — PG&E has been granted a Caltrans Encroachme­nt Permit for utility work from Rosetti Creek to Center Street on Tuesday, Aug. 31. Lane closures will be in effect from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Motorists should anticipate minor delays.

• NEW: Route 101 (25.7/27) — Bridge work from the Presswood Overhead Bridge to the Hensley Creek Undercross­ing will begin Sunday, Aug. 29. Lane closures will be in effect overnight from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. Motorists should anticipate minimal delays.

• NEW: Route 101 (25.7/26.3) — AT&T has been granted a Caltrans Encroachme­nt Permit for utility work from the Presswood Overhead Bridge to the Masonite Road Overcrossi­ng on Tuesday, Aug.

•Route 101 (61.8) — Bridge work at the Irvine Lodge Rest Area — Northbound will begin Sunday, Aug. 29. One-way traffic control will be in effect overnight from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. Motorist should anticipate minimal delays.

• NEW: Route 101 (63.4) — Bridge work at the Long Valley Creek Bridge will begin Sunday, Aug. 29. Lane closures will be in effect overnight from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. Motorists should anticipate minimal delays.

• NEW: Route 101 (67/68) — Paulson was granted a Caltrans Encroachme­nt Permit for incident cleanup and repairs from North of Steele & Davidson Lane to one mile south of Harwood Road on Wednesday, Sept. 1. One-way traffic control will be in effect from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Motorists should anticipate five-minute delays.

• NEW: Route 101 (78.4/82.4) — Paving work from Spyrock Road to the Empire Camp Rest Area — Northbound began Friday, Aug. 27. Lane closures will be in effect from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Motorists should anticipate minimal delays.

• U.S. 101 (82.5) — Empire Camp Safety Rest Area will be closed through Fall 2021.

• NEW: Route 128 (40.8/41.2) — PG&E was granted a Caltrans Encroachme­nt Permit for utility work from Big Oaks Drive to the Yorkville Post Office on Tuesday, Aug. 31. One-way traffic control will be in effect from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Motorists should anticipate five-minute delays.

• NEW: Route 253 (14.2/15) — PG&E was granted a Caltrans Encroachme­nt Permit for utility work from Slide Creek to Robinson Creek Road on Monday, Aug. 30. One-way traffic control will be in effect from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. Motorists should anticipate five-minute delays.
