The Sonora Police Department reported the following:

THURSDAY

7:31 a.m., controlled substances — A hospital on Greenley Road found a large amount of a crystal substance on a patient.

7:42 a.m., suspicious circumstan­ces — A man sat in a black sedan near a retaining wall on North Stewart Street with items scattered all around it before he jumped out and ran around the area.

10:46 a.m., theft — A man concealed an item in a sweater at a business on Stockton Road.

1:16 p.m., vandalism, property damage — A man said his wife’s car was keyed while it was parked at a Sanguinett­i Road business.

5:32 p.m., theft — A woman took a soda and left a South Washington Street business.

6:04 p.m., fraudulent charges — A woman said her money card, ATM card and medical card were used at a shelter on South Washington Street.

9:16 p.m., suspicious circumstan­ces — A man on North Washington Street sat in the back of his residence with a camera.

9:18 p.m., weapons violations — A person on Columbia Way heard gunshots but it was confirmed that it was the sound from flash bangs set off by the Sheriff’s department SWAT team.

9:54 p.m., public intoxicati­on — A man lay on the ground by a dumpster of a business on Mono Way.

10:21 p.m., threats — A woman was threatened by an unknown man at a Sanguinett­i Road business.

The Sheriff’s Office reported the following:

WEDNESDAY

7:43 a.m., Sonora — A business on Mono Way had a side window shot out during the night.

9:28 a.m., Tuolumne — Threats were reported on Oak Street.

11:20 a.m., Groveland — A man walked up to a gate on Ferretti Road.

11:27 a.m., Mi-wuk Village — Lewd acts with a child was reported on Pine Cone Road.

11:44 a.m., Sonora — A burglary was reported on Raccoon Road.

1:37 p.m., Sonora — An assault was reported on Jamestown Road.

5:55 p.m., Columbia — Campaign signs were torn down on Springfiel­d Road.

7:58 p.m., Jamestown — A man laid in the ditch on Chicken Ranch Road covered in what looked like mud.

11:47 p.m., Sonora — Gunshots were heard and a car sped off on North Washington Street.

11:59 p.m., Sonora — Gunshots were fired at a vehicle in a parking lot of a school on North Washington Street.

THURSDAY

12:09 a.m., Sonora — Several

gunshots were fired on Serrano Road and two men were heard shouting.

3:29 p.m., Twain Harte — Two vehicles pulled into a driveway on Tuolumne Road North.

12:48 p.m., Soulsbyvil­le — Threats were reported at a school on Soulsbyvil­le Road.

5:30 p.m., Groveland — Threats were reported on Ferretti Road.

7:04 p.m., Sonora — Theft was reported on Stone Lane.

9:20 p.m., Jamestown — A business on Highway 108 was full of people, standing room only, and someone was wondering iftuolumne County was still observing social distancing.

THURSDAY

8:30 p.m., Sonora — Willie Jewell Thomason Jr., 60, of the 16800 block of Chicken Ranch Road, Jamestown, was booked following an arrest on Mono Way.

10:50 p.m., Sonora — Johnathan Lewis Diaz, 28, of the 100 block of Cavanaugh Lane, Patterson, was booked following an arrest on the 120 block of South Green Street.

WEDNESDAY

10:12 a.m., Tuolumne — Daenon Vincent Brewer, 29, of the 16600 block of Allison Way, Sonora, was booked on suspicion of indecent exposure with priors following an arrest on the 18400 block oftuolumne Road.

10:50 a.m., Sonora — Jose Delarosa-zamudio, 32, of an unknown address, Modesto, was booked on suspicion of possessing narcotic controlled substance for sale, transporti­ng/selling a narcotic/ controlled substance, possessing a controlled substance for sale, and transporti­ng/selling a controlled substance following an arrest on the 13700 block of Mono Way.

3:44 p.m., Sonora — Dean Troy Thayer, 51, of the 19900 block of Elliott Road, Lockford, was booked on suspicion of possessing or controllin­g matter depicting a minor engaging/simulating sexual activity, using/etc underage person for obscene matter and misdemeano­r any person who looks through a hole or opening following an arrest on the 19800 block of Cedar Road.

THURSDAY

10:19 p.m., Sonora — Johnathan Lewis Diaz, 28, of the 100 block of Cavanaugh Lane, Patterson, was booked on suspicion of willful infliction of corporal injury, false imprisonme­nt and giving false informatio­n to a peace officer and resisting/delaying/obstructin­g a police/public officer/emergency tech following an arrest on the 100 block of South Green Street.

THURSDAY

3:37 p.m., Arnold — Theft was reported on Moran Road.

9:11 p.m., West Point — A burglary was reported on John Eaphtrail.
