The Sonora Police Department reported the following:

TUESDAY

7:19 a.m., theft — A “no trespassin­g” sign was stolen from a property on Woods Creek Drive.

8:01 a.m., weapons violations — A man carried a rifle as he walked on the side of Stockton Road.

10:22 a.m., theft — A woman was seen on video going through mailboxes of businesses on Stockton Road.

11:35 a.m., theft — A business on Old Wards Ferry Road said a generator and steel exterior door were stolen.

9:09 p.m., theft — A Sanguinett­i Road business had a man in custody for shopliftin­g.

The Sheriff's Office reported the following:

TUESDAY

12:12 a.m., Sonora — A man wandered in a Mono Way parking lot and looked into parked vehicles.

9:54 a.m., Jamestown — A man on 10th Street said one of his pot plants was taken from his backyard and he suspected his neighbor was the one who took it.

10:22 a.m., Sonora — A man who howled and made a lot of noise in a Creekside Drive neighborho­od during the night was found asleep on the back deck of a clubhouse.

10:57 a.m., Sonora — Mail was stolen on Hess Avenue.

12:31 p.m., Sonora — A woman on Chukar Circle said her roommate headbutted her last night.

1:53 p.m., Twain Harte — Abuse was reported on Fuller Road.

2:02 p.m., Twain Harte — A man on Strauch Drive reported fraud.

2:28 p.m., Columbia — A broach was stolen on Slate Rim Road.

4:10 p.m., Sonora — An assault was reported at a business on Mono Way.

7:36 p.m., Groveland — A small black truck drove around an Oak Grove Circle neighborho­od.

7:52 p.m., Twain Harte — A person on South Fork Road said they had a package notificati­on saying a package was delivered but when they got home the package wasn’t there.

8:13 p.m., Columbia — A person on Sawmill Flat Road was concerned his roommate was lost.

9:03 p.m., Sonora — A man stole a flashlight from a business on Mono Way then sat in a white van in the parking lot.

11:42 p.m., Sonora — A person on Tuolumne Road said their neighbor ran their loud hot tub.

Cited on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs:

TUESDAY

2:37 p.m., Jamestown — Brandy Karina Ferguson, 46, of the 9800 block of Hernandez Road, La Grange, was booked following an arrest on Highway 120 west of O’byrnes Ferry Road.

10:28 p.m., Sonora — Arturo Mendoza-garibay, 32, of an unknown address, Jamestown, was booked following an arrest on Charbroull­ian Lane at Highway 108.
