The Sonora Police Department reported the following:

FRIDAY

8:33 a.m., theft — A man said a sign was stolen from his front yard and that there were three signs side by side but only the Biden-harris sign was taken on East Jackson Street.

10:21 a.m., suspicious circumstan­ces — A man passed out in front of a business on Sanguinett­i Road.

10:47 a.m., suspicious circumstan­ces — The front door of a business was wide open and the sign out front read closed.

3:54 p.m., public peace, fight, disorderly conduct — A person yelled and cussed and refused to leave on Greenley Road.

4:13 p.m., suspicious circumstan­ces — A man scratched his groin area in front of a business on Stockton Road. He was admonished and told to scratch in private.

7:08 p.m., trespass/loiter — A woman yelled at patrons, talked to herself and attempted to break a window at a business on Stockton Road.

7:46 p.m., hazardous situation — Two people argued on a blind corner on Stockton Road.

9:16 p.m., threats — A person threatened a mail carrier after the mail truck broke down and was blocking the roadway on Dossi Way.

9:31 p.m., suspicious circumstan­ces — A man stood in the roadway and yelled at passing vehicles on Woods Creek Drive.

9:59 p.m., hazardous situation — A cooking fire was left unattended in a park on Woods Creek Drive.

SATURDAY

2:12 p.m., suspicious circumstan­ces — A woman said she heard a child screaming and that it sounded like the child was being beaten on Greenley Road.

6:38 p.m., assault — A man said another man spit in his face while he worked in his yard on North Stewart Street.

10:27 p.m., hazardous situation — A cooking fire was left unattended at a park on Woods Creek Drive.

10:52 p.m., vehicle theft — A vehicle was stolen from a business on Mono Way.

SUNDAY

1:53 a.m., public peace, fight, disorderly conduct — A person played loud music and partied outside on Gatewood Drive.

9:11 a.m., vehicle theft — A person said their vehicle was stolen and they have a video of a person attempting to “bump start it and roll it down the roadway.” The owner of the vehicle recovered it from a brewery on South Washington Street.

11:15 a.m., theft — A wallet was stolen from an unlocked vehicle on Stockton Road.

1:20 p.m., public peace, fight, disorderly conduct — Two people who argued at a BLM protest in Sonora were separated.

1:47 p.m., unclassifi­ed — A person said a petitioner at a business on Sanguinett­i Road said that “Nancy Pelosi should have her head cut off.”

2:12 p.m., public peace, fight, disorderly conduct — A man yelled threats and derogatory words at a group of minors on North Washington Street.

4:01 p.m., suspicious circumstan­ces — A man said that when he and his wife returned from lunch on Stockton Road, a woman moved two bags into their car, sat in it and wore his wife’s sweater.

6:40 p.m., public peace, fight, disorderly conduct — People on both sides of the BLM protest said that both groups were crossing into the roadway on North Washington Street.

10:31 p.m., vehicle theft — A woman said her vehicle was stolen while she was at work on South Washington Street.

9:48 a.m., Groveland — A man said he was in a fight with a client on Eagle Court.

12:03 p.m., Sonora — A theft occurred at a business on Greenley Road.

3:32 p.m., Sonora — A person said there was a man down on the corner of Washington Street and Highway 49.

3:33 Sonora — A man on Rawhide Road said a man broke down his door and tried to beat him up so he pulled out a knife to protect himself.

3:56 Jamestown — Fraud occurred at a business on Jamestown Road.

4:56 p.m., Jamestown — A person came home and found his gate open and front door kicked in on Highway 108.

5:30 p.m., Sonora — A woman said her Fortnite account got hacked.

6:04 p.m., Long Barn — A person said there was target shooting in an area near Browns Meadow Lane.

6:07 p.m., Sonora — A person said there was an illegal marijuana grow on Gibbs Drive.

6:46 p.m., Groveland — A woman said her neighbor had a barbecue with open flames.

7:03 p.m., Long Barn — A person said he could see, on camera, someone trying to break in his vacation home on Kerns Drive.

7:23 p.m., Tuolumne — A person said a cat was locked in the Memorial Hall on Fir Avenue.

8:06 p.m., tuolumne — An assault occurred at a business on Tuolumne Road North.

8:19 p.m., Two women fought and were separated by bystanders on Reynolds Ferry Road.

9:02 Sonora — A theft was reported on Columbia Way.

9:43 p.m., Sonora — A fight occurred on Highway 49.

9:47 p.m., Tuolumne — A water main broke and shot debris in the road on Oak Street.

12:59 p.m., Mountain Ranch — A woman threw rocks at a man in an intersecti­on on Michel Road.

4:33 p.m., Wallace — Gunshots were heard on Highway 12.

5:43 p.m., San Andreas — Two women fought on East St. Charles Street.

10:21 p.m., Copperoplo­is — Two drunk roommates were in a fight on Stage Coach Road.

10:27 Mokelumne Hill — A person heard screaming and yelling on Highway 49. Parties were contacted and agreed to keep the noise down.

10:58 p.m., Campo Seco — A trespass occurred on College Street.

11:45 San Andreas — A person said they heard a woman screaming in the area of East Saint Charles Street.
