The Sonora Police Department reported the following:

WEDNESDAY

7:23 a.m., burglary — A Sanguinett­i Road business was broken into during the night, and a vehicle was missing from the lot and others had been rummaged through. A bicycle was left behind.

11:15 a.m., public peace, fight, disorderly conduct — A woman with brownish-red hair yelled and cussed at customers in front of a store on Sanguinett­i Road.

12:50 p.m., burglary — A recreation­al trailer parked at a Sanguinett­i Road parking lot was broken into and items were taken.

4:32 p.m., public peace, fight, disorderly conduct — A woman with shoulder length hair, red beanie, black coat and blue hoodie yelled and appeared to be under the influence at an eatery on Sanguinett­i Road.

7:51 p.m., public peace, fight, disorderly conduct — The bartender at a Linoberg Street business was told by an officer to ask a band playing there to turn down the music.

8:06 p.m., trespass/loiter — A man in a hat and green shirt brought his own alcohol into a business and refused to leave on Linoberg. An officer verbally trespassed the man for the day.

10:28 p.m., suspicious circumstan­ces — Someone heard two gunshots in the high school parking lot on School Street.

The Sheriff’s Office reported the following:

WEDNESDAY

7:03 a.m., Jamestown — A person camped in a red Dodge short-bed pickup on Lone Bend Road.

12:03 p.m., Tuolumne — An older motorhome parked on Main Street near Willow Avenue appeared to have someone living in it.

1:09 p.m., Jamestown — A Seco Street woman said her boyfriend threw a hammer through a window on her vehicle.

2:39 p.m., Columbia — A man said he read that a package was stolen on Gunsight Road and said his roommate found an unlabeled package in the driveway two days ago on Gunsight Road.

4:22 p.m., Jamestown — A person returned to a Willow Street property after being told to leave.

5:21 p.m., Sonora — Someone was assaulted at an encampment on Highway 49 near Mill Villa Road.

6:24 p.m., Jamestown — An assault victim showed up at a person’s residence on Highway 108.

8:31 p.m., Groveland — Someone said an elderly man who had been drinking harassed customers and caused a fight at an eatery on Highway 120.

5:48 p.m., San Andreas — A trespass occurred on Hathaway Place.

5:30 p.m., Angels Camp — Melissa Ann Manning, 38, of the 800 block of Casey Street, Angels Camp, was booked on suspicion of threatenin­g crime with intent to terrorize, after an arrest on Highway 49 and Demarest Street.
