The Sonora Police Department reported the following:

FRIDAY

4:28 p.m., animal complaint — A man said a man in his 30s with shabby clothes approached him and attempted to strike his service dog on the muzzle on Stockton Road.

10:48 p.m., public peace, fight, disorderly conduct — A man in a green jacket and a black ball cap yelled at customers at a business on Sanguinett­i Road.

SATURDAY

1:29 a.m., burglary — Someone said cash, a firearm and a window screen were missing and the window blinds were disturbed at a Greenley Road property.

12:57 p.m., traffic violation — Someone said a woman in a teal shirt and black pants was vaping with an infant in a vehicle at Rotary Park.

3:38 p.m., hazardous situation — A man in a black hat, black-and-red T-shirt carried a bag and “flipped vehicles off” as they drove by on Southgate Drive.

5:31 p.m., reckless driving — A caller said a person was doing burnouts and kicking up rocks on Mono Way and argued with the driver of the vehicle while on the phone. An officer warned the driver about speeding and reckless driving on Mono Way.

10:11 p.m., public intoxicati­on — A man said a woman in her mid-50s in a black jacket and blue capris who appeared to be intoxicate­d stood in the middle of Pesce Way with a flashlight and, as he passed, she jumped in front of him.

SUNDAY

3:37 a.m., assault — A victim of an assault at a Greenley Road medical center was uncooperat­ive with officers.

9:36 a.m., assault — A security guard was assaulted and went to a Greenley Road medical center, where the person responsibl­e for the assault was in a nearby room.

1:37 p.m., public peace, fight, disorderly conduct — A man in his mid-40s wearing a black hat, black sweater and black shorts walked around a Sanguinett­i Road store yelling.

4:32 p.m., reckless driving — A middle-aged woman driving a silver sedan pulled out in front of another driver and was swerving and crossing the double-yellow line on Mono Way.

4:46 p.m., trespass/loiter — A homeless person laying on the ground on Stockton Road was being assisted by another homeless person.

5:31 p.m., suspicious circumstan­ces — Three people walked into a vacant building on Sylva Lane.

8:20 p.m., public intoxicati­on — A man at Courthouse Square who was passed out and “making a gurgling sound” was transporte­d to a medical center.

9:35 p.m., vandalism, property damage — A stop sign on William Street at South Washington Street was knocked down.

11:56 p.m., burglary — A woman said someone stole her oxygen machine while she was shopping at a Sanguinett­i Road business.

The Sheriff’s Office reported the following:

12:59 a.m., Sonora — An arrest was made after a report of a suspicious vehicle on Crystal Falls Drive.

7:03 a.m., Tuolumne — Someone on Madrone Street said a person in a khaki shirt was in their residence around 1 a.m. and then left.

7:54 a.m., Jamestown — An arrest was made after a report of a suspicious vehicle on Kanaka Drive and Wahine.

8:51 a.m., Sonora — A chainsaw was stolen from an open garage on Curtis Circle.

4:22 p.m., Sonora — A trash can was stolen on Stockton Road.

4:37 p.m., Sonora — A fifthwheel trailer was burglarize­d on Highway 108.

4:39 p.m., Jamestown — Someone said they unloaded cows into a field on Highway 108 and Fifth Street, and the cows left out of another gate and ran down the railroad tracks.

4:56 p.m., Jamestown — A woman said her cows were in the road and she followed them on Petticoat Junction and Jim Brady Road.

6:16 Groveland — A woman said her purse was stolen from her residence on Ferretti Road.

7:26 p.m., Jamestown — A Circle Drive resident said the neighbors were fighting. An arrest was made.

9:03 p.m., Sonora — Someone said a woman in a black jacket, gray hoodie and a bag acted strangely and annoyed employees at an eatery on Mono Way.

10:28 p.m., Jamestown — Someone said there were cows in the road near Jamestown Elementary School.

10:38 p.m., Columbia — Vandalism occurred on Big Hill Road.

SATURDAY

4:09 a.m., Tuolumne — A vehicle was burglarize­d at a business on Tuolumne Road North.

7:49 a.m., Sonora — Someone said a person made noise for two hours and it sounded like they tore something apart and dragged it down the road on Kincaid Flat.

8:13 a.m., Jamestown — A cell phone was found on Golf Links Road.

9:30 a.m., Jamestown — Advertisin­g flags worth $900 were stolen from a business on Main Street.

10:02 a.m., Tuolumne — Someone said the mirror on their truck was vandalized on Chestnut Avenue.

10:17 a.m., Jamestown — A woman said a window on her vehicle was broken at a business on Chicken Ranch Road.

10:31 a.m., Twain Harte — Someone said there was a man who was intoxicate­d or on drugs, not making sense when talking and falling over in a parking lot on Tiffeni Drive. An arrest was made.

11:27 a.m., Jamestown —

Someone said a lawnmower, generator, shovels and rakes were stolen from their residence on Highway 108.

11:29 a.m., Sonora — Someone said goats and people were in the roadway on Tuolumne Road.

2:08 p.m., Jamestown — A woman said a person was on her property and made threats on Fifth Avenue.

3:43 p.m., Columbia — Someone found a man on the side of the road and was unsure whether he was breathing but did not want to wake him up on Big Hill road.

4:11 p.m., Groveland — A man said a herd of cattle, all black, were in his yard on Ferretti Road.

6:20 p.m., Tuolumne — A woman said a blonde man in jeans screamed and banged on her Skyline Road door for 10 minutes and she could not understand what he said.

8:35 p.m., Jamestown — Someone said there were cows in the road on Fifth Avenue and Highway 108.

3:21 a.m., Tuolumne — Someone was assaulted at an undisclose­d address.

4:03 a.m., Jamestown — A trailer burned on Circle Drive.

8:04 a.m., Tuolumne — A man in his 40s with a shaved head, black quilted jacket and dark jeans stumbled in and out of the roadway on Tuolumne Road.

8:06 a.m., Jamestown — Someone said a white pickup that was parked in front of his house on Golf Links Road was broken into, and the person saw a gold older Chevy take off when the truck’s alarm went off.

10:03 a.m., Jamestown — A garage was broken into and tools were taken on Constance Lane.

12:11 p.m., Twain Harte — A man said two people in his home would not leave but he did not know his address at an RV park on Highway 108.

2:15 p.m., Columbia — A fight on State Street resulted in medics being called.

2:23 p.m., Columbia — Someone said their garage was burglarize­d on Upper Quail Mine Road.

4:20 p.m., Columbia — A woman said she and her husband caught someone on their property on Big Hill Road.

11:04 p.m., Jamestown —

A man in maroon clothing jumped in and out of the roadway on Pulpit Rock Road.

Samrach Siv Mak, 36, of the 1400 block of Fara Biundo Drive, Modesto, was booked after an arrest on Highway 49 at Main Street.

7:41 a.m., Jamestown —

Susan Mary States, 70, of the 300 block of Lancaster Drive, Manteca, was booked after an arrest on Sierra Rock Road.

7:49 p.m., Sonora — Majer Lee Montoya, 26, of the 12800 block of Chukar Circle, was booked after an arrest on Highway 108 at Mono Way.
