The Sonora Police Department reported the following:

FRIDAY

9:05 a.m., trespass/loiter — A man swayed and “acted weird” on church property on Stockton Road.

10:45 a.m., animal complaints — A man said a dog jumped out of a parked vehicle and bit him at a business on Pesce Way.

11:17 a.m., lost, found property — A Wells Fargo Visa debit card was found at a bank on South Washington Street and turned in to the sheriff’s office.

1:45 p.m., lost, found property — A man picked up a woman's blue zip up wallet from a shopping cart, believing it to be his friend’s at a business on Sanguinett­i Road. After determinin­g it was not his friend’s wallet, they dropped it off at the police department and the owner was notified.

2:07 p.m., public intoxicati­on — A shirtless man slept near a dumpster at a business on Mono Way and was arrested.

2:45 p.m., traffic accident — A woman rode an electric shopping cart out to her vehicle, hit the cart several times, causing significan­t damage, and left the business on Sanguinett­i Road.

3:55 p.m., public intoxicati­on — A woman mumbled and went in and out of a business on Sanguinett­i Road several times before being arrested.

5:18 p.m., suspicious circumstan­ces — A woman with a red pickup truck yelled for someone to call 911 near a business on Stockton Road. Prior to medical response, the woman said she no longer needed an ambulance and left the area.

6:49 p.m., reckless driving — Someone said they saw a driver “shooting up” and the passenger nodding off in a parking lot on Mono Way before the vehicle left the area.

SATURDAY

12:55 a.m., public peace, fight, disorderly conduct — Officers contacted four people who yelled and screamed at a park on Greenley Road and they agreed to leave the area.

9:51 a.m., controlled substances — An officer picked up a bag of drugs that was found at a business on Mono Way.

5:04 p.m., municipal code violations — A man had a cardboard sign asking for money and impeded traffic on Mono Way.

7:20 p.m., trespass/loiter — A tall man smoked cigarettes and littered on private property on South Washington Street. He was advised of the complaint and agreed to smoke elsewhere.

SUNDAY

8:22 a.m., lost, found property — Someone out for a walk on South Washington Street found a laptop and a charger in front of a business and an officer picked it up and placed it in a property locker.

12:07 p.m., suspicious circumstan­ces — Someone saw a man take a shower from a water spigot in the back of a business on Sanguinett­i Road.

6:28 p.m., trespass/loiter — An older woman camped out in front of a business with her belongings on South Stewart Street, was advised of a complaint, and agreed to leave the area.

6:57 p.m., public intoxicati­on — A young man threw a glass bottle into the roadway on South Washington Street and cars ran over the glass before he was arrested.

11:23 p.m., public peace, fight, disorderly conduct — A man said an intoxicate­d neighbor hosed down his partner’s vehicle and an officer advised them to stay separated on Oak Street.

12:43 a.m., Sonora — Someone was arrested after a fight on Dusty Trail.

8:55 a.m., Soulsbyvil­le — Cows were in a yard on Monte Grande Drive/

11:40 a.m., Sonora — Someone was living in a trailer on a vacant Cavalieri Road property.

12:50 p.m., Sonora — A woman wearing a blue tank top and flowered leggings caused a disturbanc­e at a Highway 49 business.

1:42 p.m., East Sonora — A man was arrested after he was seen passing out in a silver Toyota parked at a Mono Way business.

2:13 p.m., Sonora — A Chukar Circle caller said a 12- or 13-year-old boy was starting fires near an apartment complex.

6:25 p.m., East Sonora — Someone appeared to be living in a trailer parked near a Peaceful Oak Road church.

7:17 p.m., Tuolumne — A vehicle was stolen from a Tuolumne Road North business.

8:59 p.m., East Sonora — People fought at a business on Mono Way.

11:21 p.m., Sonora area — Multiple callers reported a “huge” party at a Via Serena residence.

SATURDAY

9:30 a.m., Columbia — Theft was reported at a Haughton Circle residence.

9:58 a.m., Sonora — A dog killed chickens at a Stable Road property.

10:02 a.m., Sonora — A Rugged Trail resident said a new neighbor brandished a gun at he and his wife while they were working on a fence.

1:14 p.m., Sonora — A Rugged Trail property was vandalized.

3:31 p.m., Long Barn area — Multiple calls came in for a fire along Highway 108 near Snow White Ridge Drive. Several calls came in 30 minutes later for another fire along Highway 108 at Cold Springs.

5:31 p.m., East Sonora — A man with gray hair and mustache harassed customers at a Mono Way business.

9:06 p.m., Twain Harte — A large bonfire was reported on Middle Camp-sugar Pine Road.

9:33 p.m., Tuolumne — Two callers said a vehicle on Gerber Road was dragging something and throwing sparks.

SUNDAY

12:07 a.m., Jamestown — A Mill Villa Road property was burglarize­d.

9:31 a.m., Sonora — A thin man wearing a white T-shirt with long hair pulled back harassed a woman in the drivethru of a Mono Way fast food restaurant and asked her for bites of her food.

10:17 a.m., Groveland — An older gentleman wearing a tie-dyed shirt and carrying a back pack appeared to be having a hard time walking along Highway 120 near Whites Gulch Road.

10:37 a.m., Sonora — A Fraguero Road resident said she had received several pieces of mail from the EDD addressed to different people.

2:29 p.m., Columbia — A man with a long gray beard harassed people at Columbia State Historic Park.

6:10 p.m., Jamestown — A man wearing red shorts and a red shirt lay on the side of Highway 49 at Montezuma Junction and tried to flag down passing cars.

9:23 p.m., Sonora — Anthony George Mena, 58, of the 100 block of Coffrey Road, Moccasin, was booked after an arrest on West Jackson Street.

10:00 p.m., Jamestown area — Terrell James Anthony Brown, 23, of the 100 block of Mccreery Avenue, San Jose, was booked after an arrest on Highway 120.

3:07 p.m., Lake Tulloch — Karin Victoria Honrud, 30, of the 11000 block of Reilly Court, Dublin, was booked for use of a watercraft while under the influence and use of watercraft with blood alcohol over 0.08%, after an arrest at Poker Flat.

3:38 p.m., Groveland — Joshua Thomas Hersom, 36, of the 11000 block of Merrill Road, was booked with an additional misdemeano­r charge of driving while license suspended for prior DUI'S after an arrest on Merrell Road.

12:52 a.m., Sonora — Maunel Diazgutier­rez, 25, of the 29000 block of Clearbrook Circle, Hayward, was booked after an arrest on Stockton Road.

8:15 a.m., Jenny Lind — Mail was stolen on Highway 26.

7:00 p.m., Valley Springs — Tanya Kristine Santi, 34, of the 400 block of Viewpark Court, Mill Valley, was booked on suspicion of resisting arrest, removing an officer’s weapon, a misdemeano­r charge of battery on a peace officer/emergency personnel, and multiple warrants after an arrest on Saint Petersburg Road.

9:30 a.m., San Andreas — Duane Still, 31, of the 500 block of Angels Road, was booked on suspicion of oral copulation with a person under 14 years old and misdemeano­r warrants for a DUI and traffic offense, after an arrest at his home.
