The Sonora Police Department reported the following:

WEDNESDAY

1:41 p.m., suspicious circumstan­ces — Someone on East Lyons Street said a man in a white Chevy Duramax diesel pickup went through their mail, but nothing was taken.

2:59 p.m., traffic violation — A white pickup pulled a green trailer dragging a chain. The driver of the vehicle was cited.

7:24 p.m., hazardous situation — A woman on Cielo Vista Way said a man drove a tractor on an embankment and a rock hit her vehicle. The man said he would stop for the night and come up with a better procedure tomorrow.

6:09 a.m., Groveland — Multiple calls for smoke and fire occurred on Pine Mountain Drive and Ferretti Road.

7:04 a.m., Groveland — Someone said a person is “hanging around the area” and believed they were involved in a fire.

9:01 a.m., Long Barn — Eight cows with bells roamed on a property on Wheeler Road near Highway 108.

9:31 a.m., Columbia — A woman said a red Kawasaki motorcycle with no license plate was dumped on her property on Quail Mine Road.

9:46 a.m., Jamestown — A man said a theft occurred outside his trailer on Highway 108.

11:56 a.m., Jamestown — A woman said her wallet was stolen at a business on Main Street, and an arrest was made.

2:35 p.m., Jamestown — Multiple calls occurred for a vegetation fire that occurred on Algerine Road and Stent Cut Off Road.

2:38 p.m., Sonora — Someone said a man mowed a dead lawn on Rawhide and Rimrock Road.

3:58 p.m., Tuolumne — A burglary occurred on Cedar Street.

4:58 p.m., Jamestown — Someone brandished a weapon at a convenienc­e store on Highway 108.

6:05 p.m., Twain harte — An argument led to an arrest on Twain Harte Drive.

7:35 p.m., Sonora — Someone brandished a weapon on Lupine Lane.

8:17 p.m., Jamestown — A woman with blood all over sat in the middle of the road at the entrance to Peppermint Creek Mobile Home Park.

8:41 p.m., Sonora — Someone was cited for drug activity at a business on Soulsbyvil­le Road.
