The Sonora Police Department reported the following:

MONDAY

2:35 p.m., animal complaints — An officer admonished the owner of a red Ford F-250 with Arizona plates and a cargo trailer for leaving small dogs unattended inside the vehicle while shopping on Sanguinett­i Road.

3:04 p.m., lost, found property — A vehicle abandoned at a business on Mill Villa Court had plates that did not belong to it.

3:05 p.m., theft — A woman in her early 30s wearing a pink top, shorts and flip flops who had a small child with her was observed underringi­ng items and switching tags at a self check-out at a business and was cited, released and trespassed from the business on Sanguinett­i Road.

4:31 p.m., traffic violations — A woman in a parked Nissan Murano said a man followed her near a business on Sanguinett­i Road.

6:32 p.m., public peace, fight, disorderly conduct — A woman in a white Subaru was upset over a food order and yelled and refused to leave a drive-through window at an eatery on Mono Way.

7:23 p.m., suspicious circumstan­ces — Someone said a woman with blonde hair picked up rocks and acted like she was going to throw them at vehicles on Restano Way. An officer contacted the woman and found no signs of her throwing rocks.

The Sheriff’s Office reported the following:

MONDAY

12:26 a.m., Sonora — Cal Fire employees tried to “chase off” some people and requested law enforcemen­t help on Highway 108 at Mill Villa Road.

12:45 a.m., Columbia — A woman said she heard a prowler and it sounded like someone was dragging something on Marble Quarry Road.

8:15 p.m., Jamestown — CHP was out with a 6-year-old juvenile with no shoes on who couldn’t find his parents on Highway 108 at Rawhide Road.

8:35 a.m., Jamestown — A La Grange Road property was burglarize­d.

9:54 a.m., Sonora — Someone was assaulted in front of a business on Justice Center Drive at Old Wards Ferry Road.

12:52 p.m., Sonora — A man found a firearm and turned it in to the Tuolumne County Sheriff’s Department on Lower Sunset Drive.

4:01 p.m., Jamestown — Multiple calls occurred for a vegetation fire on Tulloch Dam Road.

4:20 p.m., Soulsbyvil­le — A report was taken for an intruder at a Soulsbyvil­le Road residence.

5:52 p.m., Sonora — An Eagle Ridge Road business was burglarize­d.

7:13 p.m., Jamestown — Someone said they had a meeting at the gazebo in Rocca Park on Main Street and a woman yelled at the group and caused a disturbanc­e.

10:16 p.m., Sonora — Dawn Rushelle Murphy, 57, of an unknown address, Sonora, was booked on suspicion of possession of a narcotic controlled substance for sale and possession of a controlled substance for sale, misdemeano­rs possession of a controlled substance, possession of a narcotic controlled substance and possession of controlled substance parapherna­lia and four misdemeano­r warrants after an arrest on Stockton Road at Mill Villa Court.

The Sheriff’s Office reported the following:

MONDAY

10:20 a.m., San Andreas — A Jeff Tuttle Drive property was vandalized.

11:43 a.m., West Point — Keys were stolen from a Hillsdale Road property.

2:38 p.m., Valley Springs — A boating accident occurred on New Hogan Reservoir.
