The Sonora Police Department reported the following:

MONDAY

9:24 a.m., fraudulent activities — Two separate vehicles passed counterfei­t bills with the same serial numbers in the drive through of an eatery on Mono Way.

6:31 p.m., obstructin­g justice, resisting officer — Someone said a man on Mono Way lit cardboard on fire and it spread to vegetation. An arrest was made.

11:19 p.m., theft — A man said his wallet with his girlfriend’s credit card inside was taken from his vehicle while he was at an eatery on Mono Way, and it was used at a gas station in Jamestown.

The Sheriff’s Office reported the following:

6:41p.m., Jamestown —

Someone lay wrapped in a blanket next to the roadway on Fifth Avenue.

7:59 a.m., Sonora — Items were taken from an unlocked vehicle on Mono Way.

8:23 a.m., Sonora — Gardening tools were taken on Rockridge Way.

9:53 a.m., Twain Harte — Someone camped along the river and had a barbeque and campfire at Italian Bar and South Fork roads.

10:09 Columbia — A sexual assault occurred on Lower Quail Mine Road.

10:28 a.m., Jamestown — A woman on Rawhide Road said someone threatened her life.

11:43 p.m., Sonora — A woman said her neighbor used a drone to take photos of her property on Smokey River Drive and posted them online.

4:01 p.m., La Grange — An assault occurred on Lake Don Pedro.

6:00 p.m., Sonora — A man and a woman screamed at each other on Scenic Heights Court.

8:40 p.m., Groveland — A vehicle collided with a cow at Highway 120 and Ferretti Road.

11:29 p.m., Groveland — People fought at Mary Laveroni Park on Highway 120.

SATURDAY

8:51 a.m., Sonora — A birth certificat­e was found at an encampment on Mono Way.

8:52 a.m., Sonora — A man said his wife was almost hit by a golf ball as someone hit them toward his residence on Jack Page Road.

9:03 p.m., Sonora — Mail theft occurred on Belleview Road.

9:36 a.m., Twain Harte — A cell phone stolen after it was left to charge in a public restroom on Highway 108.

9:49 a.m., Jamestown — A man said he put out a fire at Shell and Rawhide roads.

10:15 a.m., Tuolumne — A wallet was stolen from an unlocked vehicle on Ponderosa Way.

10:32 a.m., Jamestown — Small fires occurred near a creek across from a mobile home park on Highway 108.

11:01 a.m., Mi-wuk Village — A man said he found a pink purse/wallet and pink flip flops in his driveway on Highway 108.

11:38 a.m., Soulsbyvil­le — Firewood and a lawn mower were stolen from Kelleher Court.

12:24 p.m., La Grange — Loud music from a group of 15-20 people occurred on 49er Bay on Lake Don Pedro.

1:36 p.m., La Grange — A boat accident occurred on the boat launch at a campground on Bonds Flat Road.

4:03 p.m., Twain Harte — A residence on Pioneer Trail was burglarize­d.

5:21 p.m., Jamestown — Someone in a dark gray or black Dodge Ram through beer bottles out of the vehicle on Jamestown Road and Highway 49.

7:47 p.m., Tuolumne — A woman was lying in the street with a dog on Oak Street.

8:51 p.m., Jamestown — An assault occurred on Main Street.

12:02 a.m., Tuolumne — A theft occurred at a business on Tuolumne Road North.

8:19 a.m., Columbia — A skinned deer was found on Big Hill and Rancho Castanea Road.

9:03 a.m., Sonora — Someone on a dirt bike rode onto another person’s property on Uplands Drive.

10:02 a.m., Twain Harte — The front door of a business was damaged in an attempted break-in on Fuller Road.

10:32 a.m., Mi-wuk Village — A burglary occurred at a business on Highway 108.

11:45 a.m., Sonora — Someone found a loaded syringe while cleaning an encampment on Mono Way.

12:54 p.m., La Grange — An assault occurred at a campground on Bonds Flat Road.

1:42 p.m., Soulsbyvil­le — A generator with a meter attached was running in the brush near the intersecti­on of Monte Grande and Mountain Side Drive.

3:08 p.m., Tuolumne — Someone said a man with shoulder length hair pointed a knife at them as he walked along Tuolumne Road North and Half Mile road.

4:52 p.m., Long Barn — Gunshots were heard from the area in the center of Odd Fellows Park.

8:10 p.m., Groveland — A big physical fight resulted in an arrest on Elder Lane.

10:13 p.m., La Grange — Someone requested nearby campers to turn down their music and they refused and retaliated by shining lights, yelling and harassing them at a campground on Bonds Flat Road.

10:19 p.m., La Grange — Brandishin­g occurred at a campground on Bonds flat road.

10:55 p.m., Sonora — A report was taken for an assault with a deadly weapon on Greenley Road and Guzzi Lane.

11:48 p.m., Sonora — Someone said a travel trailer was “wrapped up in power lines” in a parking lot of a business on Tuolumne Road.

MONDAY

1:48 a.m., Jamestown — A verbal fight occurred on Preston Lane.

7:34 a.m., La Grange — A man said the catalytic converter was stolen while his vehicle was parked at a boat ramp on Bonds Flat Road.

8:49 a.m., Jamestown — Firearms were discharged on Old Don Pedro Road.

9:09 a.m., Groveland — Someone said a “sick skunk” curled up, hid and died under a chicken coop in Ferretti Road.

10:06 a.m., Jamestown — A vehicle was broken into and a wallet was taken at Old Don Pedro and La Grange roads.

10:24 a.m., Sonora — Someone on Championsh­ip Drive and Lime Kiln Road said their black angus bull with no brand or tags was not seen on the property for a month.

10:56 a.m., Tuolumne — Someone said marriage certificat­es, passports and other records were stolen on Fir Avenue.

11:46 a.m., Jamestown — Multiple calls occurred for a fire on Rawhide Road.

1:52 p.m., Twain Harte — Someone on Coffill Road said their dog bit their mother-inlaw’s face, nose, arm and leg and she was taken to urgent care.

3:03 p.m., Sonora — someone said a suspicious looking “old portable cooler in a case on a rolling cart” was on the side of the road on Hillsdale Drive and Sunny Circle.

7:02 p.m., Sonora — Flames were seen near Joshua Way and Caleb Court.

7:45 p.m., Groveland — A burglary occurred on Longview Street.

5:30 p.m., Highway 108, east of Donnell Vista — Donald Angelo Vicari, 30, of the 17000 block of Niles Road, Ione, was booked with additional misdemeano­r charges of driving on a license suspended for DUI and multiple warrants, after an arrest at Highway 108 and Donnell Vista.

9:00 p.m., Columbia — Robert Devin Kermeen, 29, of the 23000 block of Orion Mine Road, was booked after an arrest on Italian Bar Road north of Jackson Street.

Aaron Darly Tatum, 35, of the 1000 block of 22nd Street, Merced, was booked on suspicion of assault upon a person by means of force likely to cause great bodily injury, after an arrest on Highway 120.

5:51 p.m., Sonora — Julie Caroline Malone, 58, of the 200 block of Woodside Drive, was booked on suspicion of taking a vehicle without the owner’s consent /vehicle theft (amended) and misdemeano­r charges of driving under the influence of alcohol/drugs, contempt of court:disobey court order, etc., after an arrest on Stockton Road.

8:07 p.m., Groveland — Gregory Victor Dahler, 48, of the 12000 block of Mount Jefferson Drive, was booked on suspicion of inflicting corporal injury on a spouse/cohabitant, after an arrest at Pine Mountain and Ferretti roads.

5:28 p.m., Modesto — Christian Carrington, 37, of the 2000 block of Rollingwoo­d Drive, San Pablo, was booked on suspicion of battery with serious bodily injury, burglary, threatenin­g a crime with intent to terrorize, inflicting corporal injury on a spouse/cohabitant and a misdemeano­r charge of battery, after an arrest at Memorial Hospital on Coffee Road.
