The Sonora Police Department reported the following:
FRIDAY
10:07 a.m., traffic accidents — The driver of a gray Buick drove over a curb and got highcentered on Stockton Road.
11:42 a.m., unclassified — Officers spoke to a man with glasses and a black hoodie who harassed a female employee of a Sanguinetti Road business.
4:21 p.m., suspicious circumstances — A man who was seen “checking” doors of vehicles parked in a Mono Way parking lot later walked directly up to a woman and took pictures of her as she sat in her vehicle.the man left in a silver Toyota with a woman wearing a red hat.
6:09 p.m., animal complaints — A large white pit bull-type dog with a camouflage collar was returned to its owner after being seen at an apartment complex on Washington Street.
7:21 p.m., suspicious circumstances — A North Washington Street resident said a Ring camera showed a woman checking doors and removing a screen from a window.
7:36 p.m., public peace/fight/ disorderly conduct — A woman said a man tried to slash her vehicle’s tires with a knife in the parking lot of a Mono Way business.
8:42 p.m., municipal code violations — A man was arrested on an outstanding warrant after someone said he and another person were drinking whiskey and smoking pot in a vehicle parked in a Sanguinetti Road parking lot.
8:19 p.m., unclassified — A woman poured a bottle of kerosene into a planter box at a Sanguinetti Road business after being told by a store employee that the kerosene could not be returned for a refund.
10:44 p.m., suspicious circumstances — A Truckenmiller Road resident said he could see flashlights outside his house.
SATURDAY
7:19 a.m., lost/found property — A black case found on the side of Highway 49 near O’hara Drive was booked as found property at the police station.
1:18 p.m., trespass/loiter — A Shaws Flat Road property owner said he found a homeless encampment while walking his property, where he plans to build a house.
3:44 p.m., hazardous situation — A trailer disconnected from the vehicle that was towing it on Snell Street.
4:30 p.m., animal complaints — A German shepherd attacked a woman and her dog in the parking lot of an Old Wards Ferry Road business. The woman left before officers arrived, and witnesses said she was fine.
4:41 p.m., reckless driving — A man riding a dirtbike swerved in and out of traffic on Mono Way and lost pursuing officers when he turned onto Truckenmiller Road.
SUNDAY
8:59 a.m., public intoxication — A man was arrested on a charge of public intoxication after a report of a man yelling for an hour on Stockton Road.
1:48 p.m., suspicious circumstances — A resident of a Greenley Road apartment complex wanted documentation that two rolls of toilet paper “came up missing” while she was out of her apartment.
6:53 p.m. suspicious circumstances — Two men with a flashlight and pushing a shopping cart appeared to be checking mailboxes on Mono Way.

1:54 a.m., Twain Harte — An arrest was made after a report of a fight or disturbance on Highway 108 near Plainview Drive
8:08 a.m., Soulsbyville — A caller said a man wearing a cowboy hat was holding signs protesting a mask mandate near the entrance to a Soulsbyville Road school.
10:45 a.m., Sonora — A Buddha statue was stolen from a Hitching Post Road property.
11:11 a.m., Twain Harte — A South Fork Road resident said a man wearing a plaid shirt and shorts was walking on his property.
12:14 p.m., Jamestown — A Seventh Street resident said someone harassed and chased her boyfriend.
2:13 p.m., Columbia — Something was stolen from a Parrotts Ferry Road property.
3:09 p.m., Tuolumne — Lewd acts with a child were reported on Hershey Road East.
4:44 p.m., La Grange — A Molina Street resident said a neighbor shot out his window with a pellet gun.
9:04 p.m., Jamestown — The drivers of two vehicles were blocking a one-lane bridge and yelling at each other on Rawhide Road.
9:58 p.m., La Grange — A person whose vehicle was disabled on the side of Highway 120 lit a fire on the side of the road.

9:21 a.m., Twain Harte — A young girl was reported missing on Middle Camp-sugarpine Road.
9:27 a.m., Tuolumne — A Providence Mine Road resident said a herd of long-horned cows were on his property.
2:43 p.m., Sonora — An Essen Lane resident said his neighbor ripped out a newly installed mailbox because he didn’t like where it was placed.
3:57 p.m., Sonora — Someone was arrested after a caller said a man was passed out in a white pickup truck and another man, who drove a yellow Toyota, was going through the truck.
4:31 p.m., Sonora — A Pack Trail Road resident said a man in a red truck is trying to establish a homeless camp nearby.
6:24 p.m., Mi-wuk Village — A Highway 108 resident reported a burglary, then called back at 7:26 p.m. to say someone
walked back onto the property after deputies left.
11:21 p.m., La Grange — A woman said her husband was stranded on a pontoon boat near the Don Pedro Reservoir dam because the fog was too thick for him to see.
11:32 p.m., Jamestown — A Jeanese Drive man said he caught another man prowling on his property. The man first said he ran out of gas, then said he was looking for a friend.

8:50 a.m., Jamestown — A skid loader and dolly were missing from an Omega Mine Road property.
9:09 a.m., Sonora — A Fallview Drive resident said a vehicle was egged Friday night or early Saturday morning.
12:41 p.m., Twain Harte — A Tuolumne Road North property was burglarized.
2:09 p.m., Sonora — A man said he was assaulted by someone on his Jack Page Road mining claim.
3:31 p.m., Long Barn — A Highway 108 property was burglarized.
4:51 p.m., Sonora — A Pack Trail Road resident said a man was camping on a nearby empty lot.

11:21 p.m., Sonora — David Russell Lewis Wood, 38, of the 600 block of West Church St., Stockton, was booked on suspicion of inflicting corporal injury on a spouse/cohabitant after an arrest at a South Washington Street motel.

5:02 p.m., Sonora area — Leldon Leslie Walker, 49, of the 19000 block of Deer Brush Court, Groveland, was booked on suspicion of being an ex-felon in possession of a firearm, carrying a concealed firearm, being a prohibited person in possession of ammunition/etc., possession of a controlled substance while armed with a loaded firearm and misdemeanors possession of a controlled substance and possession of controlled substance paraphernalia after an arrest on Old Wards Ferry Road near Bryce Lane.

6:30 a.m., Jamestown — Steven Matthew Berrigan, 49, of the 10000 block of Wigwam Road, was booked on suspicion of threatening a crime with intent to terrorize, possession of a destructive device, possession of a destructive device/explosives on a public street/ highway and three felony warrants after an arrest on Wigwam Road.
7:21 a.m., Tuolumne — Edward Garcia Killingsworth, 40, of the 500 block of Nerdy Avenue, San Jose, was booked on suspicion of inflicting corporal injury on a spouse/cohabitant and misdemeanors carrying a switchblade knife and carrying a loaded firearm in public after an arrest at a Tuolumne Road North business.
