The Sonora Police Department reported the following:

MONDAY

11:09 a.m., animal complaint — A dog jumped into a silver Ford parked at a gas pump at a service station on South Washington Street and would not let the vehicle’s owner enter the vehicle.

2:48 p.m., public peace, fight, disorderly conduct — A woman on Woodside Drive said her neighbor had yelled, cursed, “flipped her off,” told her to stay off of the street and stared at her from her front porch for the past three days.

4:06 p.m., traffic accident — A woman on Mono Way said a man with bright orange hair collided with the front of her vehicle while she was stopped at an intersecti­on. She said he was knocked to the ground and got up and left without looking at her. When she got home she found one of her headlights was broken and the fender on her vehicle was “tweaked.”

5:12 p.m., theft — A man with long black hair dressed all in black stole multiple items two separate times from a Mono Way business and was helped the second time by a woman in a white shirt and blue shorts.

6:56 p.m., warrant arrest — Several people passed a bottle of alcohol around in front of a Sanguinett­i Road business, and a man with six outstandin­g misdemeano­r warrants was arrested.

8:09 p.m., trespass/loiter — A man with dark hair wearing a blue sweater and jeans panhandled, solicited kisses and refused to leave a business on South Washington Street.

The Sheriff's Office reported the following:

MONDAY

7:01 a.m., Sonora — People fought on Silver Pine Drive.

7:57 p.m., Sonora — A woman dressed in all black clothing went through mailboxes and threw mail on the ground on Tuolumne Road near Lambert Lake Road.

8:59 p.m., Sonora — A woman on River Birch Court said someone entered her garage and went through her vehicle and took registrati­on items.

9 a.m., Jamestown — A vehicle was vandalized near the elementary school on Fifth Avenue.

10:03 a.m., Columbia — A woman on Parrotts Ferry Road said her vehicle was vandalized two months ago.

10:23 a.m., Miscellane­ous informatio­n — A Thunderbol­t Drive resident said a travel trailer parked in front of their gate blocked access to their property.

11:40 Sonora — Something was stolen on Creekside Drive.

11:56 a.m., Sonora — A pedestrian stop on Justice Center Drive led to a criminal citation.

12:18 p.m., Sonora — Someone trespassed on a Rawhide Road property.

12:40 p.m., Sonora — A report was taken for suspicious circumstan­ces that occurred on Racetrack Road.

2:39 p.m., Sonora — People fought outside a courtroom at Tuolumne County Superior Court on Justice Center Drive.

3:14 p.m., Twain Harte — Something was stolen from a Highway 108 property.

6:23 p.m., Columbia — An report was taken for an assault that occurred at Columbia Elementary School on Parrotts Ferry Road.

6:33 p.m., Jamestown — A trespass warning was issued at a business on Highway 108.

6:52 p.m., Jamestown — Something was stolen from a business on Cabrini Road.

7:37 p.m., Columbia — A report was taken for a fight that occurred on Sawmill Flat Road.

8:40 p.m., Tuolumne — A pedestrian was criminally cited at a business on Tuolumne Road North.

2:59 p.m., West Point — Something was stolen from a Stanley Road property.

3:00 p.m., San Andreas — Cruelty to animals occurred on Mountain Ranch Road.

6:12 p.m., Valley Springs — A disturbanc­e resulted in an arrest on Highway 12.

6:30 p.m., Burson — Something was stolen from a Pattison Road property.

8:41 p.m., Valley Springs — A report was taken for a battery that occurred on Rose Street.

7:45 p.m., Valley Springs — Gail Catherine Nellis, of the 1600 block of highway 12, was booked on suspicion of aggravated obstructin­g/resisting an executive officer and a misdemeano­r charge of contempt of court: disobeying a court order/etc. after an arrest at her home.
