The Sonora Police Department reported the following:

FRIDAY

2:50 a.m., public peace, fight, disorderly conduct — Someone said a fight occurred across from Camp Hope at Highway 49 and Mill Villa Court.

9:56 a.m., public peace, fight, disorderly conduct — Someone said a woman on Greenley Road swerved her vehicle, then hit them with her fist and an officer counseled the woman on legal driving maneuvers for motorcycli­sts (lane splitting.)

10:44 p.m., public peace, fight, disorderly conduct — Someone said a man with gray shaggy hair, gray beard, green button up shirt and jeans talked to himself and made obscene gestures to passersby as he sat on a bench near a business on South Washington Street. The man was advised of the complaint and moved along.

11:53 a.m., unclassifi­ed — Someone said two men with button-up shirts and holstered firearms dropped a man off at Woods Creek Rotary Park and threw property and a skateboard out of the vehicle.

3:22 p.m., lost, found property — A checkbook was lost on South Washington Street.

4:32 p.m., threats — Someone at a medical center in San Andreas said they received a reply to a routine text message that was “concerning” and a man made indirect threats regarding Uber drivers.

5:40 p.m., trespass/loiter — Someone said they saw a red truck drop off two people with backpacks who went behind a TUD gate on Southgate Drive.

8:00 p.m., trespass/loiter — Someone said a man who was trespassed the day before, returned and bothered customers at a business on Pesce Way.

8:33 p.m., lost, found property — Someone found a check on the ground in front of a business on Stockton Road.

10:39 p.m., suspicious circumstan­ces — A woman on Dragoon Circle said a Satanic cult or an Indian spirit damaged her residence and a hacker tapped into her phone.

SATURDAY

2:35 a.m., public intoxicati­on — A woman on Fairview Lane said her neighbor was intoxicate­d and yelled loudly in a red vehicle and an arrest was made.

10:43 a.m., reckless driving — Someone said a vehicle with mud on the back swerved into traffic at Highway 49 and Parrotts Ferry Road. The occupant told an officer that the vehicle was involved in a collision recently and needed an alignment.

5:41 p.m., animal complaint — Someone on Stockton Road said a female brindle mastiff or pit bull mix with a green collar foamed at the mouth as it ran north on Hope Lane.

8:11 p.m., traffic citation — A man in a black jacket and a woman in a light-colored sweater stole alcohol from a business on Mono Way and left in a green Toyota Tacoma. The truck kept stalling and when an officer contacted the duo, the man said he wanted to “steal” but changed his mind. The driver was cited for a defective windshield and a broken tail lamp.

9:03 p.m., hazardous situation — A gray Ford F250 pickup towed a red Dodge Durango with paper license plates on Mono Way and Greenley Road, and a chain that dragged on the ground threw sparks. An officer contacted the driver who agreed to park the vehicle until other arrangemen­ts could be made.

SUNDAY

10:12 a.m., trespass/loiter — A man in a black visor, white striped polo shirt and khaki pants was verbally trespassed from a business on Sanguinett­i Road.

3:39 p.m., pedestrian check — An officer advised a man to not walk in the street on Mono Way.

5:14 p.m., suspicious circumstan­ces — Someone said people came and went from a blue and green Subaru that was parked on South Washington Street, and they suspected drug sales were taking place.

8:57 p.m., public intoxicati­on — Someone on Yaney Avenue said their adult son came home extremely intoxicate­d and they locked him outside. The man was released to a sober adult.

9:18 p.m., hazardous situation — Black phone lines lay across both lanes of South Stewart Street. An officer removed them from the roadway and contacted the phone company.

12:27 a.m., Sonora — Someone heard vehicle engines revving and people yelling at Hitching Post and Oxbow Lane.

2:44 a.m., Sonora — Someone was assaulted in a fight on Mono Way.

2:49 a.m., Columbia — Multiple calls occurred for a house fire on Yankee Hill Drive.

3:09 a.m., Columbia — Someone on Northrup said a fire was moving toward their house.

4:51 a.m., Jamestown — Someone said a fire occurred at a business on Enterprise Drive.

8:31 a.m., Chinese Camp — A Rojo Lane property was burglarize­d.

9:44 a.m., Columbia — Someone on South Airport Road said a dog was stolen.

10:31 a.m., Groveland — Jewelry was stolen on Echo Court.

10:36 p.m., Long Barn — People argued over loud music on Sno-bowl Road.

11:39 a.m., Twain Harte — A woman defecated and left trash near a business on Twain Harte Drive.

2:35 p.m., Sonora — A lock and chain were stolen from a gate on Studhorse Flat Road.

3:17 p.m., Sonora — A man ran up and took cash from a cash box at a business on Mono Way.

3:32 p.m., Mi-wuk Village — Someone was “squatting” in a house at Tramway Road and Highway 108.

3:38 p.m., Sonora — A burgundy Mustang was stolen on Mono Way.

4:13 p.m., Jamestown — Someone at a business on Highway 108 said $500 worth of items were taken during the night.

4:58 p.m., Sonora — Someone said a man beat his dog, and a verbal fight occurred between two people at Highway 108 and Allison Way.

9:26 a.m., Sonora — A woman on Powell Ranch Road said there was a rattlesnak­e in her house.

9:45 a.m., Groveland — Someone at Cherokee Trail and Yosemite Springs roads said there were three people and a dog squatting on a property.

10:05 a.m., Sonora — A business on Mono Way was broken into and items were taken.

10:12 a.m., Jamestown — A Milwaukee drill and charger were stolen on Old Melones Dam Road.

10:30 a.m., soulsbyvil­le — A woman on Willow Springs Road said two medicine bottles were stolen.

12:39 p.m., Groveland — A watch was stolen at a business on Highway 120.

1:56 p.m., La Grange — A boat was stranded on rocks at Don Pedro Reservoir.

3:35 p.m., Jamestown — Bras and pants were stolen from a business on Railbed Road.

4:36 p.m., Columbia — People threw boulders from Parrotts Ferry Bridge.

5:05 p.m., Columbia — A woman on Yankee Hill Road said a pig destroyed her garden in the night.

8:13 p.m., Sonora — Someone on Hess Avenue said a man on a black motorcycle stole mail from their mailbox.

9:49 p.m., La Grange — A report was taken for a woman who acted suspicious­ly on Bonds Flat Road.

9:50 a.m., La Grange — A houseboat on Don Pedro Reservoir was broken into and fishing equipment was taken.

3:51 p.m., Jamestown — Gas was stolen on Jacksonvil­le Road.

5:31 p.m., Pinecrest — Someone said there was an unattended fire near a trailhead on Crabtree Road.

6:26 p.m., Sonora — Someone on Greenley Road said they heard a loud boom at the United States Forest Service office.

9:42 p.m., Sonora — A man on Mono Way said someone assaulted him and took his money.

1:17 a.m., Jamestown — Nathan Deon Perry, 31, of the 10800 block of Merrell Road, Groveland, was booked after an arrest on Campo Seco Road at Algerine Road.

2:44 p.m., Don Pedro Reservoir — Antonio Quiroz Delgado, 23, of the 300 block of South 13th Street, San Jose, was booked on suspicion of misdemeano­r using a watercraft while under the influence of alcohol, being negligent operator and an infraction for lack of a boater card, after an arrest at Don Pedro Reservoir.

2:44 p.m., Don Pedro Reservoir — Etienne Tomas Guerraoron­a, 23, of the 10600 block of New Avenue, Gilroy, was booked on suspicion of misdemeano­r using a watercraft while under the influence of alcohol, being negligent operator, and infraction­s for lack of a boater card, not operating a watercraft in a reasonable and prudent manner and speeding in a 5 mph zone, after an arrest at Don Pedro Reservoir’s 49er Bay.

7:50 p.m., La Grange — William Daniel Wood, 26, of the 13000 block of Avenue 21 1/2, Chowchilla, was booked after an arrest on J-59 at Highway 120.

7:48 p.m., East Sonora — Bryan Keith Strange, 61, of the 1000 block of Carpenter Road, Modesto, was booked after an arrest on Highway 108 at Peaceful Oak Road.

9:55 p.m., Tuolumne — Mark Charles Bauer, 59, of the 18200 block of Davis Acres Road, was booked on suspicion of inflicting corporal injury on a spouse/cohabitant after an arrest at his home.

Darryl Raymond Tacke, 56, address unknown, was booked on suspicion of criminal threats with intent to terrorize and misdemeano­r charges of stealing from a dependent or elder adult and vandalism, after an arrest on the 14600 block of Mono Way.
