The Sonora Police Department reported the following:

MONDAY

1:48 a.m., suspicious circumstan­ces — A caller said they saw two men in separate white vehicles try to break into a building on Greenley Road.

7:14 a.m., vehicle theft — A key lock box was pried open and a vehicle was stolen from a yard on Sanguinett­i Road. The vehicle was later located.

8:44 a.m., trespass/loiter — A man was arrested after he broke into a vacant house on Gerrymande­r Avenue.

9:09 a.m., public peace, fight, disorderly conduct — A man with tattoos and a shaved head came into the public defender’s office on North Washington Street, yelling and throwing items.

9:11 a.m., theft — A caller on Mono Way said someone stole their yard trimmer and they had pictures of the person responsibl­e.

10:15 a.m., threats — A caller on Lower Sunset Drive said they were being threatened by their ex’s brother.

10:33 a.m., trespass/loiter — A man in a store on Mono Way yelled and was disrespect­ful before being asked to leave.

1:16 p.m., vandalism, property damage — A red vehicle caused approximat­ely $1,000 in damage to a business on Mono Way.

1:27 p.m., threats — A caller said a man who had previously assaulted him made threats against him on Sanguinett­i Road.

4:01 p.m., public intoxicati­on — A person who had passed out inside a business on Mono Way was arrested.

4:20 p.m., miscellane­ous harassment — A man on South Washington Street yelled at and threatened to fight an employee of a business.

7:21 p.m., theft — Two people were seen stealing multiple items from businesses on Mono Way. When contacted by store staff, they ran to their vehicle and drove off.

The Sheriff’s Office reported the following:

MONDAY

3:40 a.m., Columbia — A State Street property was vandalized.

8:34 a.m., Sonora — A caller on Via Redonda Road said their firearm was stolen.

9:32 a.m., Twain Harte — An Italian Bar Road property was burglarize­d.

2:03 p.m., Columbia — A residence on State Street was vandalized.

6:33 p.m., Sonora — A caller on Wilcox Ranch Road said her home was burglarize­d.

11:31 p.m., Jamestown — Someone was drunk in public on Preston Lane.

MONDAY

1:09 p.m., Sonora — Peter Rocha, 51, of the 1800 block of Ethan Allen Court, Turlock, was booked after an arrest on Pesce Way.

10:36 p.m., Sonora — Poasi Linauna, 29, address unknown, was booked after an arrest at South Stewart and Theall streets.

10:42 p.m., Sonora — David Wayne Page, 58, of the 100 block of Columbia Way, was booked after an arrest at South Stewart and Theall streets.

7:38 p.m., East Sonora — Alexis Kylie Laundra, 30, of the 5100 block of New Brook Circle, Riverbank, was booked on suspicion of false impersonat­ion, a misdemeano­r charge of possession of unlawful parapherna­lia, and outstandin­g warrants for check fraud, after an arrest on the 13700 block of Mono Way.

CALAVERAS COUNTY

The Sheriff’s Office reported the following:

MONDAY

12:03 a.m., Angels Camp — A vehicle had its catalytic converter stolen while in a parking lot on Highway 49.

1:42 a.m., Campo Seco — A man saying he “was lost” was seen trespassin­g at a property on Chile Camp Road. He was later arrested.

9:02 a.m., Copperopol­is — A report was taken for theft on Copper Cove Drive.

5:14 p.m., Vallecito — An arrest was made after officers responded to a call of a disturbanc­e on Juniper Road.

6:03 p.m., Valley Springs — Officers took a report from a caller at Highway 26 and Silver Rapids Road about a battery that occurred during an altercatio­n over the weekend.

6:43 p.m., San Andreas — A caller on Jeff Tuttle Road said they had lost money during a telephone scam.

— Eric Robert Klemm, 26, of the 31300 block of Frans Hall Drive, Winchester, Riverside County, was booked after an arrest at Whittle Road and Highway 49.

10:43 p.m., Valley Springs

— Vanessa Park, 49, of the 700 block of Spyglass Road, was booked on suspicion of inflicting corporal punishment on a spouse or cohabitant after an arrest at her home.
