Kent was a very loving father to his son, Shane, and was a beloved son, brother, and uncle. He was very proud of his son, his siblings, and his nieces and nephews. He was a great friend to all walks of life. Kent had a special connection with animals, especially to his loyal dogs, Bennie and Yetti. He volunteered at the local animal shelter, Friends of the Animal Community, where they affectionately referred to him as the “dog whisperer.”
Kent was a gentle soul with a loving and compassionate heart. In his final selfless act, Kent was an organ donor that enriched the lives of many. We are grateful that Kent will finally be at peace knowing he was loved unconditionally by his family. Our hearts will always be with him. Rest in peace our beloved.
Per Kent’s request there will be no traditional service; only a private family gathering and scattering of his ashes at the ranch. If you would like to share your condolences or special memories of Kent, the family would appreciate you sending an email to thecliftonfam13@gmail.com
In memory of Kent, donations may be sent to Friends of the Animal Community online at www.foac. us or by mailing a check to FOAC, P.O. Box 4627, Sonora, CA 95370.
