The Sonora Police Department reported the following:

THURSDAY

10:32 a.m., public intoxicati­on — A man was inside a restroom on South Washington Street and refused to come out.

12:09 p.m., any civil problem — A man on Banner Drive said he allowed a woman to stay with him and now she is stealing food from his fridge and cupboard, and he wanted her arrested and taken to jail.

12:18 p.m., traffic violations — A man on a dirt bike was seen driving up and down Shaws Flat Road with a child on the bike with no helmet.

6:29 p.m., theft — A woman stole food from a grocery store on Stockton Road.

7:39 p.m., theft —Two people stole multiple bags of merchandis­e from a store on Mono Way.

8:33 p.m., public peace, fight, disorderly conduct — An older man with a wagon was heard yelling obscenitie­s at a grocery store on Mono Way.

9:26 p.m., public peace, fight, disorderly conduct — A caller on Woods Creek Drive could hear several people yelling and dogs barking at the park.

The Sheriff’s Office reported the following:

THURSDAY

3:05 a.m., La Grange — Someone trespassed on Moccasin Ranch Road.

4:03 p.m., Sonora — A woman on Blue Bell West said she went to get items out of her house, but someone won’t let anyone inside and was causing a scene.

4:18 p.m., Long Barn — A caller on Snow Avenue said that, in addition to items stolen previously, they were also missing a sleeping mat, a camping cook set, a backpack and a suitcase that contained three expensive necklaces.

4:21 p.m., Sonora — A pig was seen running in the middle of Longeway Road.

7:33 p.m., Jamestown — A bag of groceries was stolen on Willow Street.

10:57 p.m., Sonora — A report for sexual assault was taken at a medical center on Greenley Road.

12:24 p.m., La Grange — Sharon Ann Heringer, 52, of the 3100 block of Dawn Rose Lane, Placervill­e, was booked after an arrest on La Grange Road.
