■ Prince Harry created “unnecessary drama” by making a trans-Atlantic dash last week to visit his father, King Charles III, following the monarch’s cancer diagnosis, friends of the royal family told The Daily Beast. After flying from California to London, Harry reportedly saw Charles, 75, for half an hour. It’s thought to be their first face-to-face meeting since Queen Elizabeth II died in 2022. Harry left after a day without seeing his older brother, Prince William, then made a surprise appearance at an NFL awards show in Las Vegas. Harry’s rush visit “had people speculating that Charles was at death’s door, when in fact his cancer is eminently treatable,” a family friend said. “He seems to have this knack of making it all about him,” said another. Charles’ aides said the king was delighted to see Harry. William remains furious about Harry trashing the family in a tell-all memoir and Oprah Winfrey interview, friends said, and “never” wants to see his brother again.

■ Ozzy Osbourne is considering legal action against Kanye West after the rapper sampled a Black Sabbath track on his new album—despite being denied permission to use the rock group’s music. Osbourne said he didn’t approve of West’s use of “Iron Man” because the rapper “is an antisemite and has caused untold heartache to many.” The estate of Donna Summer also blasted West’s unauthorized use of her disco classic “I Feel Love” on another track, posting on Instagram, “Copyright infringement!” West has doubled down recently on his ravings about Jews and praise for Hitler. In an unreleased podcast interview with Bill Maher, West steered the conversation toward “his idea that Israel and the Jews are, like, the worst people in the world,” Maher said. He called West a “very charming antisemite.”

■ Tom Cruise and Russian socialite Elsina Khayrova are officially “an item,” a source told the Daily Mail (U.K.) this week. The pair met at a party last December, and Cruise, 61, has since spent considerable time at her swanky central London apartment. Khayrova, 36, was previously married to Russian tycoon Dmitry Tsvetkov, who warned the Hollywood actor that his ex “likes the finer things in life,” claiming he splashed some $15 million on clothes and handbags for her during their 11-year marriage. “Tom should keep his eyes and wallet wide open,” said Tsvetkov.
