• 8:59 a.m. A caller on Warwick Drive reported the theft of an air conditioni­ng unit from a recently purchased home.

• Noon: A warrant for failure to appear on a charge of driving without a license or insurance was served to Robert Haggard, 31, at the Benton County Sheriff’s Office.

• 4: p.m. A resident came to the police department to report the theft of a laptop from a car in Allen’s parking lot.

• 4:45 p.m. A woman on Cambria Lane reported finding marijuana plants in her mailbox. They were weeds.

• 6:04 p.m. A caller reported that someone picked up a prescripti­on at Mercy Medical Center and passed it on to a different person in the parking lot.

7:03 p.m. Josiah Kelly, 20, was charged with minor in possession of alcohol at the Lake Ann dam.

Wednesday, June 22

• 2:24 a.m. A missing 17-yearold girl was reported. She was found on Cooper Lane. Chris Rainer, 19, was cited for contributi­ng to the delinquenc­y of a minor.

• 11:38 a.m. A caller on Warwick Drive reported the theft of a diamond ring.

• 7:49 p.m. A caller from the city of Bella Vista reported criminal mischief when a window in City Hall was shot with a BB gun.

• 8:15 p.m. Steven Mullins, 32, was served a Benton County warrant at the Bella Vista Police Department.

• 11:07 p.m. Marvin Stadter, 53, was served a warrant for failure to appear on a change of public intoxicati­on at the Bella Vista Police Department.

Thursday, June 23

• 2:59 p.m. Samantha Countryman, 21, and Troy Wilmouth, 23, turned themselves in at the Police Department. Both had warrants of third degree assault.

• 3:08 p.m. Michael Simmons, 32, was arrested for disorderly conduct at a residence on Hampton Circle.

Friday, June 24

• 2:25 p.m. An elderly patient at Highlands Healthcare told police that her therapist “pushed her past her limits.” The accusation is so far unfounded and was reported to the state for further review.

• 6:54 p.m. A caller on Tamworth Circle told police that a woman in the neighborho­od was throwing objects at her son and husband.

Saturday, June 25

• 12:01 p.m. A caller on Chelsea Road told police that she witnessed a white car on the side of the road with a naked man getting out of it.

• 1:34 p.m. A caller on Carole Rae Lane told police that he heard a hissing sound and then an explosion. Police found that the explosion was part of a controlled burn in which diesel fuel was used to start the fire.

• 1:59 p.m. Melissa Myers, 31, was arrested on a federal warrant for conspiracy to distribute a substance containing a detectable amount of meth.

• 8:41 p.m. Mitchell Hooe, 23, was arrested for driving while intoxicate­d, careless driving, and refusal to submit.

Sunday, June 26

• 11:38 a.m. A manager at the Harps in Town Center told police that there was a petitioner harassing customers on the sidewalk.

• 4:32 p.m. A caller at Westmorlan­d Drive told police that her two 100-pound propane tanks in her backyard started hissing and leaking gas.

• 11:46 p.m. John Morosky, 48, was arrested for driving while intoxicate­d, refusal to submit, and careless driving.
