Monday, July 18
• 12:35 a.m. Gloria Acosta-Terrazas, 22, was charged with public intoxication.
• 2:12 p.m. A burglary was reported on Billingsley Drive when it was discovered that chandeliers and lights had been stolen from a vacant home.
• 8:40 Franklin Clines, 26, was served a warrant at the Benton County Jail for failure to appear on criminal contempt charges.
Tuesday, July 19
• 12:33 p.m. A squatter who was stealing electricity was reported in a vacant home on Cedar Crest Drive.
• 2:35 p.m. A possum was found in a trash can on Abbey Lane.
• 6:58 p.m. The theft of a firearm from a vehicle was reported on Metfield Drive.
• 8:54 p.m. A disturbance was reported on Leona Drive.
• 19:17 p.m. A warrant was served at the Springdale Jail to Marco Jacinto-Torres, 20, for failure to appear on a charge of minor possession.
Wednesday, July 20
• 8:58 a.m. A caller said a car was broken into on Bishampton Lane and a laptop computer and prescription medications were stolen.
• 9:58 a.m. A warrant was served at Bentonville District Court to Crystal Bumgardner, 34, for contempt of court for a change of theft, driving while intoxicated and endangering the welfare of a minor.
• 11:31 a.m. A warrant was served to Nathan Ballinger, 26, at the Benton Country Jail for contempt of court on a charge of driving on a suspended license and driving without insurance.
• 11:34 a.m. A warrant was served to Jimmy Scott, 37, at the Benton County Jail for failure to appear on a a charge of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• 3:46 p.m. James Thuman, 28, turned himself on for a warrant for criminal solicitation.
• 10:47 p.m. A traffic complaint led to the arrest of Robert Baker, 29, for driving while intoxicated and failure to submit to a Breathalyzer test.

• 8:15 p.m. A caller on Stirling Circle reported a stolen boat trailer.
Friday, July 22
• 8:22 a.m. A caller on Lockerbie reported two Dallas Cowboy plaques stolen from a garage.
• 5:42 p.m. William Presley, 33, was served a Bella Vista warrant at the Benton County Sheriff’s Office.
Saturday, July 23
• 10:25 a.m. Walker Boone, 31, was served a failure to appear warrant at the Benton Country Sheriff’s Office.
• 5:03 p.m. A caller on Ventnor Drive reported a burglary.
Sunday, July 24
• 10:21 a.m. A caller on Cardinal Road reported a stolen truck.
• 4:00 p.m. While serving a warrant on Bromwich Lane, officers arrested Joshua Carter, 38, for communicating a false alarm, disorderly conduct and obstructing government operations.
• 5:20 p.m. After a traffic stop on U.S. Highway 71 and Lundy Lane, Steven Weeks, 32, was arrested for driving while intoxicated, refusal to submit to a Breathalyzer test and driving on a suspended license.
