• 12:43 a.m. Lanie Boen, 34, was arrested for driving while intoxicated and careless driving after a suspicious vehicle was reported on Lynher Lane.
• 1:18 a.m. Patience Theiss, 32, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance at the Casey’s on Arkansas Highway 340.
• 7:57 a.m. A caller reported a driver was putting on makeup while driving down U.S. Highway 71.
• 1:57 p.m. A warrant was served at the Benton County Jail to Paul Stephens, 46, for theft by receiving.
• 3:49 p.m. An out-of-town warrant was served to Brandon Hobson, 29, during a traffic stop on Hampstead Road.
• 7:46 p.m. A caller reported a garage on Shepton Lane had been burglarized.
• 9:11 p.m. Richard Brown, 40, was served a warrant at the Benton County Jail for criminal trespassing.
Tuesday, July 26
• 12:59 a.m. During a traffic stop at the Veterans Wall, Eric Chase, 52, was arrested for driving while intoxicated, and having a fictitious vehicle license.
• 10:59 a.m. A warrant was served at the Benton County Jail to Michael Wilmuth, 40, for tampering with evidence.
• 2:15 p.m. Two warrants were served to Kelci Waldon, 29, at Benton County District Court for contempt of court and failure to appear.
• 3:26 p.m. After a traffic stop on U.S. Highway 71, Jose Rodriquez, 57, was arrested for driving while intoxicated and careless driving.
Wednesday, July 27
• 12:32 a.m. Brandon Scott, 30, was arrested on Hampstead Lane for domestic battery and terroristic threatening.
• 8:09 a.m. Jordan Bennet, 19, was arrested on Canova Place on a Bentonville warrant.
• 6:01 p.m. Robert York, 29, turned himself in on a warrant for criminal mischief.
• 6:16 p.m. Michael Rudd, 37, was arrested for driving while intoxicated and careless driving after a traffic stop on Plumpton and Melanie Drive.
Thursday, July 28
• 12:35 a.m. after a traffic stop, Susan Curtis, 31, was arrested on out of town warrants.
• 6:42 p.m. Lacey Biesiot, 33, was served a warrant for contempt of court on a supervision violation at the Washington County Jail.
Friday, July 29
• 12:05 a.m. Brian Urrutica, 22, was served a warrant at the Benton County Jail for contempt of court on a possession charge.
• 3:17 a.m. Cory Rusher, 29, was served a warrant at the Benton County Jail for failure to appear on a public intoxication charge.
• 4:03 p.m. William Craig, 69, was arrested for indecent exposure at the Welcome Center on U.S. Highway 71.
• 8:39 p.m. Jeremy Easter was served a warrant at the Benton County Jail for failure to appear on a theft by receiving charge.
Saturday, July 30
• 12:41 a.m. After a traffic stop on U.S. Highway 71 near Wellington Road, Charles Gross, 36, was arrested for careless driving and driving while intoxicated.
• 6:58 a.m. Phyllis Thompson, 44, was served a warrant at the Washington County Jail, for contempt of court on traffic violations.
• 7:48 p.m. Tammy Miller, 48, was served a warrant at the Siloam Police Department for failure to appear on a charge of driving without a license,
• 11:01 p.m. Nathan Parr, 26, was served a warrant at the Bella Vista Police Department for failure to appear on traffic violations.
Sunday, July 31
• 2:05 a.m. Two calls were received about gun shots in area of Redgrave Lane.
• 8:01 a.m. A caller on Monike Drive reported their shed had been broken into and a golf cart stolen.
• 11:35 a.m. A caller on Thackery Lane reported a burglary.
• 3:07 p.m. A caller asked for help getting off a ledge on the Back Forty trails. The trails were not yet open.
