Monday, Aug. 1

• 11:48 a.m. A warrant was served at the Benton County Jail to Nathan Klinefelte­r, 21, for contempt of court on traffic violations.

• 12:44 p.m. Megan Clinton, 28, was served a warrant at the Bella Vista Police Department for failure to appear on traffic violations.

• 2:42 p.m. A caller said a man was breaking car windows in the parking lot of El Publeto on Arkansas Highway 279. He tried to hit the caller with his car as he drove away.

Tuesday, Aug. 2

• 8 a.m. A caller whose phone was stolen from a vehicle at the All in One on U.S. Highway 71, said the Find My Phone app had located it in Bentonvill­e.

Wednesday, Aug. 3

• 12:34 a.m. While checking a suspicious vehicle in the Arvest parking lot in Town Center, officers arrested Paul Blair, 26, for public intoxicati­on.

• 8:31 a.m. A warrant was served to Kyle Yancey, 36, at the Benton County Jail.

• 10:03 a.m. Glen Stamper, 46, was served a warrant for failure to appear on a theft charge at the Bella Vista Police Department.

Thursday, Aug. 4

• 5:37 p.m. A caller on Purfleet Drive reported a stolen kayak.

• 10:12 p.m. A warrant was served to Michaela Horn, 22, at the Bentonvill­e Bark Park for Contempt of Court on a speeding ticket.

Friday, Aug. 5

• 9:37 a.m. Anthony Francis, 46, came into the Police Department to complain about an assault and was served warrants for contempt of court on a DWI and failure to appear on traffic violation.

Saturday, Aug. 6

• 12:36 a.m. Jordan Weis, 24, was served a warrant for contempt of court on traffic charges at Walgreens.

• 9:11 a.m. Two kayaks were reported stolen from Constance Circle.

• 5:12 p.m. A caller on Eaton Circle reported a burglary.

• 8:43 p.m. During a traffic stop on Oldham and U.S. Highway 71, Brandy Brady, 40, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and outstandin­g warrants.

Sunday, Aug. 7

• 12:19 a.m. During a disturbanc­e on Annette Lane, William Menzel, 52, was arrested for domestic battery.

• 9:18 a.m. A resident said their vehicle had been broken into at Tanyard Creek parking lot the day before.
