Monday, Aug. 29
1:37 a.m. James Linder, 62, was cited for driving while intoxicated at U.S. Highway 71 and Trafalgar.
9 a.m. David Lopez, 27, was arrested on U.S. Highway 71 with a Rogers warrant for contempt of court in relation to a traffic offense.
Tuesday, Aug. 30
2:29 a.m. A call was received complaining of people talking loudly near Walter Drive.
5:03 a.m. KC Gregg, 19, arrested by Benton County on a failure to appear warrant related to a minor in possession of alcohol charge.
12:59 p.m. Justin Smith, 19, was arrested by Centerton police and transferred to Bella Vista police on a warrant for contempt of court in relation to a speeding charge.
5:23 p.m. A call was received from a Somerton Lane resident stating they had been followed home by a driver who was driving erratically and screaming at them.
Wednesday, Aug. 31
8:09 p.m. A call was received reporting several gunshots heard near Roxburgh Drive.
Thursday, Sept. 1
6:35 a.m. A caller reported a large truck parked on Newlyn Lane obstructing the cul de sac and preventing people from turning around in it.
9:06 a.m. Joshua Clark, 23, was arrested on U.S. Highway 71 for speeding, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia.
4:14 p.m. Felicia O’Brien, 29, was arrested on a warrant for possession of schedule 4 and 5 drugs, as well as two counts of drug paraphernalia.
Friday, Sept. 2
10:47 a.m. A man was reported coming to someone’s door on Kenton Lane and asking for Andy. The man wore a round badge with a star but never identified himself. 6:22 p.m. A fuel theft was reported at Casey’s on Forrest Hills Blvd.
Saturday, Sept. 3
1:03 a.m. A call was received about someone possibly sleeping in their car.
4:28 p.m. A silver car was reported swerving all over the road near Riordan. When police spoke to the driver, they found she had been texting while driving.
Sunday, Sept. 4
4:50 p.m. Two youths were reported walking down the middle of Kingsland Road and not paying attention to traffic.
