Ramona Lea Boyd, 82, of Bella Vista, Ark., died Thursday, Sept. 22, 2016. She had been a resident at Highland Nursing and Rehabilita­tion Center since she took a fall in late August.

There will be two memorial services held — 10 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 6, at the Bella Vista Funeral Home, 2258 Forest Hills Blvd., Bella Vista; the other at 10 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 8, at Forest Hill Christian Church, 2121 N. MacArthur Blvd., Oklahoma City.

Byrdell Kay Clark, 92, of Mesa, Ariz., died Sept. 27, 2016, at Mercy Hospital in Rogers, Ark. He was born Dec. 21, 1923, in Madison, Minn., to Burr and Mae Clark.

He served his country in the U.S. Army. He was stationed in Japan during the occupation following World War II.

He and Doris Mae Bru were married in Madison in 1949. They had four children.

He was a farmer, and he held other jobs at local businesses during the winter months to provide for his family.

He was an active member of American Legion and Veterans of Foreign Wars in both Madison and Bella Vista. He enjoyed many hobbies. While in Madison, he enjoyed bowling in a city league. He was an avid pheasant and deer hunter. He also enjoyed fishing with his family and horseback riding with Doris.

In his early 1950s, they moved to Bella Vista, Ark., where he developed his own rental storage business with three locations: Bentonvill­e, Bella Vista and Rogers.

His wife, Doris, passed away in 1989.

He and Ethel Clark were married for a short time and then divorced. Later, he and Mary Louise Kraska were married. They moved to Mesa, Ariz., and lived in Sunland Springs Village. Mary Louise passed away in 2010.
