At 2 p.m., attend if you answer this question yes: If 30 minutes of your time, three days a week might improve your vision, would you take that time? According to Carla Berg, Master Herbalist and soon to be Natural Vision Coach, “To improve vision a person needs to relax and use their eyes differently. When people have a hard time seeing, they typically will squint. Squinting is one of the worst things you can do for your vision as it stresses your eye muscles.” Join Carla Berg and her assistant, Gemma Lawless, at the Hobbs State Park Visitor Center to learn some inspiring, non-medical, holistic, vision therapy techniques that could help you to see better. 30 minutes of eye relaxing exercises a day, three days a week, might be all it takes.
