Monday, Oct. 24

7:51 p.m. Kathleen Lewis, 49, was arrested at the Casey’s General Store on Forrest Hills Boulevard for driving while intoxicated.

Tuesday Oct. 25

4:25 p.m. John Doyle, 35, was detained by the Bentonville Police Department and transferred to Bella Vista police who arrested him on a felony warrant for terroristic threatening.

5:07 p.m. A man was reported riding his motorcycle on the Lake Brittany Golf Course near Euston Road.

Wednesday, Oct. 26

11:50 p.m. Kelly Dunning, 51, was pulled over and cited for failure to yield. She was also cited for driving while intoxicated for the second time, as well as driving on a suspended license in relation to the first driving while intoxicated.

Thursday, Oct. 27

10:55 a.m. Phillip Murray, 48, was arrested for driving on a suspended license and driving while intoxicated after being pulled over on Forrest Hills Blvd. and failing a field sobriety test.

6:10 p.m. A woman was reported texting and driving with two infants in a blue Toyota near the intersection of U.S. Highway 71 and Riordan.

Friday Oct. 28

3:41 p.m Someone reported a large cardboard box in the middle of U.S. Highway 71 near Lake Bella Vista.

Saturday, Oct. 29

8:47 p.m. A caller reported seeing a green Ford Explorer’s driver drinking a beer near U.S. Highway 71.

Sunday, Oct. 30

9:28 p.m. Fireworks were heard in the area around Holcombe Lane.
