VFW Post needs volunteers

It’s not the dues you pay to be a member; it’s the price you paid to be eligible.

Attention veterans in Bella Vista and Bentonville who served in a combat area.

The Robert M. Sterrett VFW Post 9063 in Bella Vista, chartered in 1985, has recently lost their Commander due to a job transfer. At this time, the Post is in need of volunteers to step up and take leadership positions. This would be an excellent opportunity for some of you younger veterans who served in Iraq, Afghanistan, Bosnia (just to name a few) to support Post 9063. The majority of the membership at Post 9063 is of the Greatest Generation — age 90-plus. In their time, they held leadership positions and worked tirelessly to serve their community and other veterans. We can’t afford to allow this Post to be dissolved.

Post 9063 has supported their community by being instrumental in helping build the Veterans Wall of Honor in Bella Vista. What an honor and a tribute to veterans who have served their country so proudly.
