Monday, Oct. 30

9:06 a.m. A Merritt Drive resident reported someone was messing with his motion light.

12:51 p.m. Two men were reportedly riding Segways in the middle of East Chelsea Road.

6:56 p.m. A bus in the Cooper Elementary parking lot had its lights on and door open. Police turned off the lights and closed the door.

11:54 p.m. Police arrested Maria Trujillo, 28, Caseys Miller, 27 and Jarrod Jackson, 27, during a traffic stop near the intersecti­on of U.S. Highway 71 and Arkansas Highway 340. Miller and Jackson were charged with possession of a controlled substance, and Trujillo was charged with felony possession of a controlled substance.

Tuesday, Oct. 31

9:22 a.m. Golf clubs were reported to be stolen off a golf cart at Papa Mikes. Police arrived and discovered the golf clubs were in their owner’s trunk.

1:20 p.m. An Arden Circle resident reported someone was dumping trash in his dumpster.

6:20 p.m. A black Humvee was reportedly speeding on U.S. Highway 71.

Wednesday, Nov. 1

4:32 a.m. William Allred, 33, was arrested in connection with public intoxicati­on on Berwick Lane after police received reports of someone beating on a resident’s window.

8:17 a.m. Two pit bulls reportedly attacked a dachshund on Finger Circle. Police took the injured animal to a veterinari­an and got in touch with the dog’s owner.

1:41 p.m. Police received a walk-in report from a resident who was scammed out of $1,400. According to the dispatch log, the scammers were claiming to be with the Benton County Sherriff’s Department.

9:03 a.m. A Carroll Electric bulldozer was reportedly vandalized on Trafalgar Road.

9:51 p.m. A Cerney Lane resident reported a bat in his or her home.

Thursday, Nov. 2

6:58 a.m. Patrick Dillard, 37, was arrested on a Benton County warrant after police responded to a shopliftin­g call at the All in One on Bella Vista Way.

10:19 a.m. Briana Stubblefie­ld, 23, was arrested on a Rogers warrant for contempt of court related to a speeding charge during a traffic stop near the intersecti­on of Westmorela­nd Drive and Hampstead Road. Bella Vista police also cited Stubblefie­ld for speeding.

12:52 p.m. Anthony Raper, 25, was arrested during a traffic stop near the intersecti­on of Arkansas Highway 340 and Elton Lane on a Little Flock warrant for failure to appear related to a no insurance charge.

3:52 p.m. Someone in a maroon Camaro was reportedly driving recklessly in the Riordan Hall parking lot.

8:30 p.m. An Egton Drive resident reported two individual­s in the backyard.

Friday, Nov. 3

11:40 a.m. A bald man with a mustache driving a gold SUV was reportedly tailgating someone, recording video of them and screaming at them on U.S. Highway 71.

3:18 p.m. Firefighte­rs responded to a structure fire at 10 Nantucket Drive to find smoke coming from the roof and a fire in the attic. Firefighte­rs left the scene at 5:27 p.m. and came back to handle a flare-up at 7:50 p.m.

9:44 p.m. A Scots Circle resident reported hearing gunshots.

Saturday, Nov. 4

12:25 a.m. Erin Coffel, 36, turned herself in on an out of town warrant.

8:55 p.m. Police checked on someone at the Lake Avalon Dam. The individual in question turned out to be a lake ranger cleaning out trash cans.

Sunday, Nov. 5

11:36 a.m. The owner of a property on Dulverton Drive reported a neighbor’s child damaged an under-constructi­on home. The report was necessary for insurance, according to the dispatch log, but the child was not being malicious. The youth caused damage with a hammer while attempting to work on the house, following the constructi­on crew’s example.

12:10 p.m. Someone reportedly spraypaint­ed “Bored to death” on Dornoch Circle’s pavement. The street was repaved, according to the dispatch log, and someone then spraypaint­ed “Lost” on it.

12:41 p.m. Emergency workers responded to a rollover involving a Buick near the intersecti­on of Chelsea Road and Pembroke Lane.
