11:14 a.m. Someone in a gold Dodge was reportedly dumping yard waste in a vacant home’s backyard near Trafalgar Road.
3:41 p.m. Firefighters handled a house fire on Elm Circle.
Friday, Dec. 29
11:39 a.m. A Cox Cable truck reportedly hit a mailbox on May Lane.
12:33 p.m. Police arrested Peggy Foulk, 47, on Holcombe Lane for an out-of-town warrant.
3:51 p.m. A green ATV was reportedly stuck on the Back 40 trails, near Lancashire Blvd.
8:21 p.m. Police arrested Timothy Noland, 59, and charged him with driving while intoxicated after responding to a traffic complaint about a vehicle speeding up and flashing high beams at another driver.
11:18 p.m. Roberto Chavez, 33, turned himself in on a warrant for contempt of court.

6:07 p.m. Police helped a driver put air in their tire on U.S. highway 71.
7:42 p.m. Firefighters handled a structure fire on Blizzen Lane.
8:22 p.m. A resident near Chelsea Lane reported their front doorbell rang and then they heard a car honking. Police found nothing unusual in the area.
Sunday, Dec. 31
to a chimney fire on Dulverton Drive.
6:59 p.m. Police arrested Richard Patton, 33, while responding to a call about a possible drunk driver on U.S. Highway 71. Patton was charged with driving while intoxicated and careless driving.
10:36 p.m. A Highworth Lane resident reported seeing and hearing fireworks.
Monday, Jan. 1
12:24 a.m. Fireworks were reported near the intersection of Chelsea Road and Estes Drive.
2:22 a.m. Police responded to a burglary alarm at CVS Pharmacy. Officers discovered the alarm was tripped by a newspaper hitting the glass door.
3:38 p.m. Firefighters checked on a possible electrical fire on Timbercrest Lane. There was no fire, but the electrical issue was isolated and firefighters advised the residents to call an electrician.
9:26 p.m. Isaac Barber, 19, was arrested and charged with domestic battery in the third degree after police responded to a call about someone assaulting a spouse and bringing drugs into the house on Wembly Drive.
Tuesday, Jan. 2
12:24 a.m. Police arrested Warren Johnson, 44, after responding to a disturbance call on Rame Lane. Johnson was charged with aggravated assault on a family or household member.
2:20 p.m. Police received a walk-in report of purses stolen from vehicles on New Year’s Eve.
9:48 p.m. Firefighters handled a small grass fire on Primrose Lane

5:28 p.m. Bella Vista police arrested Amanda Carter, 37, on a Rogers warrant when she came to the police department to to speak with an officer
5:57 p.m. Police arrested Johny Dodson, 29, on out of town warrants while responding to a report of potential drug sales on Leafield Lane.
6:12 p.m. Tammara Holly, 54, turned herself in on a warrant for failure to appear related to a driving while intoxicated charge.
7:55 p.m. Police helped someone on Leicester Drive who accidentally locked themself out of their running car. .
11:40 p.m. Police arrested Justin Jones, 30, and Ashley Zimmer, 30, during a traffic stop on U.S. Highway 71. Zimmer had multiple out-of-town warrants and Jones was charged with felony possession of a controlled substance.
Thursday, Jan. 4
10:03 a.m. Someone in a maroon Ford Explorer was reportedly tailgating, speeding and performing rude gestures.
Friday, Jan. 5
11:49 a.m. Police arrested Shanti Buttram, 44, and charged her with breaking or entering and theft of property on Buckland Lane. Buttram also had an out-of-town warrant.
7:22 p.m. A woman reportedly either jumped or was thrown out of a truck near the intersection of Glasgow Road and Branchwood Lane. Police recovered the woman’s belongings and put out a be on the lookout notice for a potential assault suspect.
Saturday, Jan. 6
2:16 a.m. Police arrested Joshua Collins, 34, and charged him with driving while intoxicated during a traffic stop on Hampton Place.
1:20 p.m. Police arrested Ashley Vasquez, 26, on two out of town warrants during a traffic stop near the intersection of U.S. Highway 71 and Hampstead Road.
1:25 p.m. Firefighters put out a grass fire on Garrison Lane. The fire was threatening structures.
10:59 p.m. Police arrested Timothy Taylor, 40, on a Madison County warrant during a traffic stop near the intersection of U.S. Highway 71 and Kingsland.
Sunday, Jan. 7
1:05 a.m. Police arrested Tonya Miller, 45, while responding to a traffic complaint on U.S. Highway 71. Miller was charged with driving while intoxicated, driving on a suspended license for driving while intoxicated, refusal to submit and careless driving.
