Monday, April 16

2:51 a.m. Police arrested Helen Jantz, 38, in connection with driving while intoxicate­d and crossing the center line during a traffic stop near the intersecti­on of Arkansas Highway 340 and Hampstead Road.

1:12 p.m. Police arrested Tim Hickey, 42, during a traffic stop on U.S. Highway 71 in connection with a warrant out of Van Buren.

2:55 p.m. A tractor trailer was reportedly dropping large chunks of wood on U.S. Highway 71. Bella Vista Police officers cleared debris from the road and passed the complaint to state police.

5:14 p.m. An Everleigh Drive home and garage door were reportedly damaged.

7:43 p.m. Police arrested Guy Herford, 61, in connection with violation of a no contact order. Herford was arrested on Wembly Lane.

Tuesday, April 17

9:36 a.m. Police received a report of a white dog dumped on Suits Us Drive.

10:12 a.m. A cow was reportedly blocking the road and refusing to move on Ardwell Road.

2:23 p.m. Firefighte­rs responded to a brush fire on Williamsbu­rg Lane. On arrival, firefighte­rs learned it was a controlled burn that had spread some but was still under control.

10:57 p.m. Police arrested Dimitrios Coutsouger­as, 43, in connection with an out-of-town warrant during a traffic stop near the intersecti­on of Walney Drive and Arkansas Highway 279.

Wednesday, April 18

1:52 p.m. Police served Austin Grubbs, 24, with a warrant for failure to appear. Grubbs, who was found on Fleetwood Drive, also had an out-of-town warrant.

3:07 p.m. Luis Meija, 31, turned himself in on a warrant in connection with theft of property and unlawful transfer of stolen property to a pawn shop.

8:00 p.m. Jeffrey Calley, 50, turned himself in on a warrant in connection with contempt of court.

9:03 p.m. Someone in a Polaris Razor was reportedly speeding up and down Zennor Drive.

10:06 p.m. Police arrested Janet Scott, 71, in connection with driving while intoxicate­d, during a traffic stop near the intersecti­on of Arkansas Highway 340 and Leicester Drive.

Thursday, April 19

1:28 p.m. Don Taylor, 63, turned himself in on a warrant in connection with assault on a family or household member in the third degree.

4:28 p.m. Police arrested Darren Kistler, 47, in connection with an out-of-town warrant during a traffic stop on Regent Lane.

7:04 p.m. Elita Ferrell, 53, turned herself in on a warrant in connection with domestic battery in the second degree and physical injury in the second degree, both felony charges, as well as misdemeano­r criminal mischief.

Friday, April 20

7:52 p.m. Firefighte­rs took care of a small grass fire on Dalton Drive.

9:45 p.m. Jasmine Foegen, 32, turned herself in on a warrant in connection with failure to appear related to charges of driving without proof of insurance and driving with an expired license plate.

9:46 p.m. Police checked on a suspicious vehicle near the intersecti­on of Arkansas Highway 279 and Cooper Road. They found a group playing Pokemon Go.

11:02 p.m. Police arrested Ronald Adams, 56, in connection with felony possession of drug parapherna­lia during a traffic stop on U.S. Highway 71.

Saturday, April 21

8:47 a.m. A gray Mustang was reportedly speeding down Spanker Road.

3:11 p.m. Police received a report of several people standing with their hands against a wall near U.S. Highway 71, South of Exit 93. Police discovered students studying the rock.

Sunday, April 22

11:58 a.m. A white Toyota hit a tree near the intersecti­on of Sunset Drive and Elvendon Drive.

5:49 p.m. Fireworks were reportedly being set off on Cumbrian Drive.
