12:15 a.m. Incident 1498 reported.

8:28 a.m. A Ford Escape was stolen from a Ridge Road resident’s driveway.

9:22 a.m. Police arrested Faith Lund, 27, on a warrant for failure to appear. Lund was found at 612 W. Lancashire Blvd.

Tuesday, Aug. 21

3:26 p.m. Police helped clear a mattress that was spotted in the middle of the road on U.S. Highway 71.

3:31 p.m. Police arrested Angel Macy, 39, in connection with driving while intoxicate­d, careless driving and leaving the scene a private property damage accident after responding to a report of someone in a tan four-door car hitting a sign and continuing on U.S. Highway 71.

Wednesday, Aug. 22

4:40 p.m. Police arrested Jeffrey Beierle, 26, in connection with possession of a controlled substance during a traffic stop near the intersecti­on of U.S. Highway 71 and Kingsland Road.

9:58 p.m. Police received a report of two people riding a sideby-side up and down Robin Road and screaming. Police talked with the people in question.

Thursday, Aug. 23

9:57 a.m. Police received a report that a water meter on Bewdley Circle was tampered with and part of it was stolen.

4:41 p.m. A husky was spotted dragging a chain near the intersecti­on of Arkansas Highway 279 and Cooper Road.

8:45 p.m. Police arrested Jeanne Molina, 31, on an out-oftown warrant during a traffic stop near the intersecti­on of Arkansas Highway 279 and Cross Circle.

Friday, Aug. 24

9:05 a.m. A Stoneykirk Lane resident reported a neighbor had been shooting a pellet gun at his dog and may have attempted to poison the animal.

12:15 p.m. Police responded to a traffic collision involving a city truck at the intersecti­on of Arkansas highways 279 and 340. No injuries or road blockage were reported.

Saturday, Aug. 25

12:29 a.m. Police arrested Kyle Walker, 27, on a Benton County warrant during a traffic stop on Mercy Way.

1:03 p.m. Emergency workers responded to a call about a snake bite on the Tanyard Creek Nature Trail.

5:51 p.m. Someone in a black shirt and cap was reportedly running in the woods near Purfleet Drive and possibly carrying a weapon. Police were unable to locate anyone.

6:56 p.m. Police arrested Jackie Mills, 44, in connection with three counts of terroristi­c threatenin­g after responding to a disturbanc­e call on Elvendon Drive.

Sunday, Aug. 26

12:15 a.m. Police received a report of a barking dog on Mansfield Drive.

3:22 p.m. A hit and run accident was reported on U.S. Highway 71.
