Nov. 1

▲ The Bella Vista Recycling Center’s hours change, effective Thursday, Nov. 1. The recycling center will be closed from 6 p.m. on Saturdays to 6 a.m. on Mondays. In addition, it will be closed on New Year's Day, Fourth of July, Thanksgivi­ng and Christmas.

▲ Tickets are on sale Nov. 1 for the Bella Vista Community Church English Tea to be held Saturday, Dec. 1. There are two times for the event, 1 and 3 p.m.There is a program held at 2 p.m. between each of the tea sittings. Tickets are $10.To reserve a seat, call the BVCC office at 479-855-1126.

Nov. 3

▲ St. Bernard Women’s Club annual Holiday Bazaar, “Over the River and Thru the Woods,” is scheduled from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 3, at St. Bernard Church on 1 St. Bernard Lane in Bella Vista, just off Ark. 340. There will be baked goods, centerpiec­es and table runners, handmade holiday crafts, hand painted items, farmhouse decor and boutique (new this year) trinkets, treasures and jewelry. A raffle of items to include a queen quilt will be held, as well as a 50/50 drawing. Breakfast and lunch items will be available. All proceeds benefit local charities.

Nov. 5

▲ The Kingsdale Squares will dance 6:45 p.m. Monday, Nov. 5, at Riordan Hall in Bella Vista. Kenton Sullivan will be calling. For informatio­n, contact Bill Allen at 479-876-5066.

Nov. 10

▲ The POA Christmas Bazaar will be held from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 10, at Riordan Hall. There will be over 50 vendors and local crafters with their products on display. A chance to scoop up Christmas gifts and stocking stuffers. Also available $3 cocktails.

Nov. 12
