Nov. 10

▲ The POA Christmas Bazaar will be held from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 10, at Riordan Hall. There will be more than 50 vendors and local crafters with their products on display — a chance to scoop up Christmas gifts and stocking stuffers. Also available are $3 cocktails.

Nov. 12

▲ The Kingsdale Squares will dance at 6:45 p.m. Monday, Nov. 12, at Riordan Hall in Bella Vista. Johny Eubanks will be calling. For informatio­n, contact Bill Allen at 479-876-5066. Please note, there will not be a dance on Monday, Nov. 19.

▲ The Bella Vista Community Television Associatio­n will hold its annual meeting at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 14, in the TV Studio. The TV Studio is located in the Highlands Crossing Building located at 1801 Forest Hills Blvd., Suite 203. All current members of the Associatio­n are welcome to attend.

Nov. 16

▲ Village House Adult Day Program is celebratin­g 30 years in the community. There will be a Village House Adult Day Program from 5 to 7 p.m. Friday, Nov. 16. The public is welcome to join in the celebratio­n of all the people that make this program so valuable to the community. The celebratio­n promises food and fun. Dec. 1

▲ The 30th annual Cookie Walk at Highlands Church will be held from 8 to 11 a.m. (or until cookies run out) Saturday, Dec. 1. While waiting for your cookie walk number to be called, enjoy homemade cinnamon rolls, sticky buns, muffins and more. There will also be a Sweet Shoppe, Craft Shoppe and Soups-to-Go. When time for your walk, you will receive a container to fill with dozens of homemade cookies that will be wrapped in a drawstring bag after filled. Cost per can is $12.

Dec. 8

▲ Saturday, Dec. 8, there will be an opportunit­y for new residents to attend a Welcome Meet and Greet Coffee at the Bella Vista Country Club (98 Club House Drive). There will be an informal gathering of anyone who wants to come early to meet other attendees. This will begin at 8:30 a.m. The actual meeting starts at 9 a.m. and runs to approximat­ely 11 a.m. New homeowners and renters in the past 6-9 months are invited as an opportunit­y to introduce yourselves and to meet other new residents of Bella Vista and learn about the amenities. Dec. 9

▲ There will be a gathering of community voices on Dec. 9 to sing Handel’s Christmas “Messiah.” Singers are wanted and welcome to join at 3 p.m. in the Bella Vista Community Church. There are no rehearsals scheduled; this is a one time sing-along opportunit­y. Choruses will include: “And the Glory of the Lord,” “O Thou That Tellest Good Tidings,” “For Unto Us a Child is Born,” “Glory to God” and “Hallelujah.” For more informatio­n, call Karen Frankenfel­d at 479-876-7204.

▲ The Bella Vista Community Concert Band will present a “Christmas Concert” at 3 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 16, at the Bella Vista Community Church, located at 75 E. Lancashire Blvd. in Bella Vista. Everyone is invited to attend.
