Monday, Nov. 5

8:59 a.m. A fence was reportedly vandalized on Clevedon Circle.

Tuesday, Nov. 6

10:28 a.m. A school bus was reportedly sitting off the road, near the intersecti­on of Wellington Road and Hampstead Circle, with its lights flashing and nobody inside. Upon investigat­ion, officers learned the bus had broken down and would be towed.

5:34 p.m. Brian Peterson, 40, was arrested at the Bella Vista Police Department on a warrant for failure to appear related to a charge of driving without a license or with an expired license.

10:50 p.m. Police arrested James Wilson, 20, in connection with possession of a controlled substance during a traffic stop on Cooper Road.

Wednesday, Nov. 7

10:20 a.m. Building materials were reportedly stolen from a property on Warwick Drive.

1:57 p.m. A vehicle was reportedly broken into on O'Niell Circle.

Thursday, Nov. 8

8:44 a.m. Someone driving a dump truck on Glasgow Road was reportedly brake-checking other drivers.

11:46 a.m. Police arrested Daniel Stamper, 37, on an out-of-town warrant during a traffic stop near the intersecti­on of Arkansas Highway 340 and Arkansas Highway 279.

4:03 p.m. Someone in a silver Kia was reportedly driving recklessly on U.S. Highway 71 near the state line.

Friday, Nov. 9

12:21 p.m. Richard Baker, 37, turned himself in on a warrant for failure to appear and two additional warrants for contempt of court related to fines and costs.

2:12 p.m. Jon Capps, 20, turned himself in on a warrant for possession with intent to deliver and use of another person's property to facilitate a crime.

5:16 p.m. A man was reportedly lying down on a basketball court near Hilltop Lane. Police arrived and did not find anyone.

6:41 p.m. Police arrested Jeffrey Wetzel, 38, on a warrant on Pembroke Lane.

Saturday, Nov. 10

2:56 a.m. Police arrested Tracy Wright, 47, on a warrant at Casey's General Store.

7:27 p.m. Police arrested Jay Howell, 46, on a warrant for contempt of court during a traffic stop on U.S. Highway 71.

8:36 a.m. Police arrested Robert Haggard, 33, at the Bella Vista Police Department on a warrant for failure to appear related to charges of driving without a license and no proof of insurance.

3:36 p.m. Police arrested Jamie Smith 46, on a warrant on Abingdon Lane.

Sunday, Nov. 11

4:13 p.m. Police received a report of rifle fire near Olmsted Place.

5:31 p.m. Police arrested Miguel Almaraz, 22, in connection with driving on a suspended license related to a prior driving while intoxicate­d charge during a traffic stop on U.S. Highway 71.
