Monday, Sept. 9

5:58 p.m. Police escorted a motorcyclist home to ensure they made it safely after a traffic incident caused the rider to fall near the intersection of U.S. Highway 71 and Riordan Road.

8:24 p.m. Firefighters staged to assist with a bomb threat at the Jane, Mo., Walmart.

Tuesday, Sept. 10

2:26 p.m. Firefighters put out a lawn mower fire on Graham Lane. The mower was reportedly completely engulfed in flames, near a propane tank and threatening nearby structures.

10:51 p.m. Police arrested Lucas Haderman, 40, on an out-of-town warrant while investigating suspicious activity on the Lake Avalon Dam.

Wednesday, Sept. 11

11:27 a.m. Someone in a red BMW with an Arkansas Razorbacks plate was reportedly speeding, shaking their fist and screaming on U.S. Highway 71.

12:21 p.m. Police investigated damage to the Metfield Golf Course green caused by vandals.

1:29 p.m. Police received a complaint of a rattlesnake in a Marina Drive resident’s backyard.

Thursday, Sept. 12

11:53 a.m. Noah Smith, 23, turned himself in on a warrant for failure to appear related to a driving on a suspended license charge.

1:32 p.m. Firefighters put out a vehicle fire on Peach Orchard Road.

Friday, Sept. 13

12:53 a.m. Police received a report of someone screaming on Dugan Circle. Officers discovered a child yelling.

5:35 a.m. Firefighters checked on a fire alarm on Platz Lane. The alarm was set off by smoke from burnt bacon.

9:23 p.m. Police arrested Danilo Throne, 22, on a Lowell warrant after checking on suspicious individuals on Hampstead Road.

6:03 p.m. Police arrested James Irving, 56, in connection with felony possession of a controlled substance during a traffic stop near the intersection of Arkansas Highway 279 and Robin Road.

Saturday, Sept. 14

8:20 p.m. Police arrested Jordyn Barker, 21, in connection with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and careless driving during a traffic stop on U.S. Highway 71.

11:30 p.m. Police arrested Jeana Scott, 53, in connection with driving while intoxicated and careless driving during a traffic stop on U.S. Highway 71.

Sunday, Sept. 15

2:03 a.m. Police arrested Dillon Gilbert, 24, in connection with fleeing, driving while intoxicated and public intoxication after investigating suspicious activity on Oldham Drive.

6:55 p.m. Police arrested Leon Carlton, 46, in connection with public intoxication after checking on a suspicious person near the intersection of U.S. Highway 71 and Riordan Road.
