Monday, Dec. 9
6:00 p.m. Someone was reportedly driving with no lights on Basildon Circle.
Tuesday, Dec. 10
8:19 a.m. A hit and run accident involving a maroon Ford pickup was reported near the intersection of Highlands Boulevard and Kinross Drive.
6:43 p.m. A gas drive-off was reported at Casey's General Store on Riordan Road.
Wednesday, Dec. 11
4:12 p.m. Police arrested Leo Grubbs, 66, in connection with public intoxication after responding to a suspicious person call on U.S. Highway 71.
10:43 p.m. Police arrested Amanda Carter, 39, in connection with possession of a controlled substance and Phoukhaokham Souvanasing, 47, in connection with possession of a controlled substance after making contact on Bromwich Lane.
Thursday, Dec. 12
1:00 p.m. Police arrested Angela Crum, 44, in connection with felony possession of a controlled substance after responding to an agency assist call on Pennine Lane.
8:12 p.m. Police received a report of people in the ravine behind Ledbetter Lane with flashlights. Officers investigated and found the lights were yard lights from a nearby residence.
Friday, Dec. 13
11:28 p.m. A Nottingham Drive resident reported a possible home break-in via the crawlspace. Police were unable to find anyone but helped the resident install a padlock.
Saturday, Dec.14
12:28 a.m. Police checked on a suspicious vehicle at the Dollar General on Forest Hills Boulevard. The individuals associated with the vehicle were dumpster diving.
9:02 a.m. A dump truck struck a pole and downed power lines on Forfar Drive. No injuries or entrapment were reported.
Sunday, Dec. 15
10:07 a.m. The “Keep Right” signs near the intersection of U.S. Highway 71 and Wellington Road were reportedly knocked down and in the roadway.
