Monday, Feb. 24

10:05 a.m. Police arrested Bruce Shadow, 22, on out-oftown warrants during a traffic stop on Arkansas Highway 340.

11:08 a.m. Police received a walk-in report of stolen lumber from a subcontractor.

2:58 p.m. Police arrested Darrin Byford, 53, in connection with an open container and driving on a suspended license during a traffic stop on Mercy Way.

3:56 p.m. Police arrested Nancy Freeman, 24, in connection with possession of drug paraphernalia and hindering during a traffic stop near Skyline Drive.

Tuesday, Feb. 25

8:43 a.m. Police arrested Scotty Hilliard, 30, on a warrant for criminal mischief in the first degree at the Bella Vista Police Department.

11:15 a.m. Suzette Green, 47, turned herself in on a warrant.

Wednesday, Feb. 26

11:40 p.m. Police arrested Tyler Savold, 18, in connection with felony aggravated assault after responding to a disturbance call on Merritt Drive.

Thursday, Feb. 27

5:41 p.m. A reckless driver was reported on U.S. Highway 71.

10:53 p.m. Police received a report of a loud buzzing noise near a Shipton Lane home, possibly caused by a downed power line. Officers did not find anything out of the ordinary.

Friday, Feb. 28

6:55 a.m. A Lathrop Drive resident reported a neighbor’s horse was in his yard. Officers helped get the out-of-place equine home.

4:13 p.m. Police arrested Peggy Coutsougeras, 47, in connection with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia during a traffic stop on Spanker Road.

11:24 p.m. Police arrested Jessie Rhodes, 25, in connection with driving on a suspended license and possession of a controlled substance during a traffic stop on U.S. Highway 71.

Saturday, Feb 29

5:32 p.m. Police arrested Dillon Crow, 26, in connection with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia during a traffic stop near the intersection of Arkansas Highway 340 and Newcastle Lane.

5:41 p.m. The Bella Vista Fire Department responded for mutual aid on a brush fire on Field Cove Road.

8:19 p.m. Police arrested Jenica Gregory, 37, in connection with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia during a traffic stop on U.S Highway 71.

9:40 p.m. Police arrested Patrick Garmon, 35, on an outof-town warrant during a traffic stop on Arkansas Highway 279.

10:37 p.m. Police arrested Rachel Gross, 36, in connection with careless driving, driving while intoxicated, refusal to submit, open container, possession of drug paraphernalia and two counts of possession of a controlled substance during a traffic stop on Cannock Lane.

Sunday, March 1

5:29 p.m. Police arrested Torin Nordyke, 48, in connection with driving while intoxicated and careless driving after responding to a traffic complaint on U.S. Highway 71.
