Almost complete
A trail tunnel under Arkansas Highway 279 appeared to be mostly complete last week, with traffic continuing to run over a single temporary lane. Officials have previously stated that the central Little Sugar Creek trails are expected to open around the middle of this month, but no hard date has been announced.
