Monday, Dec. 21

1:59 p.m. Police received a complaint of “extremely loud Christmas music” on Boyce Drive.

2:48 p.m. Police and medics checked on an individual who was hit in the head and injured by a flying object while walking near the golf course on Scotsdale Drive.

Tuesday, Dec. 22

12:56 a.m. Police arrested Jeremy Newton, 50, in connection with driving on a suspended license, open container and no insurance during a traffic stop at the All in One gas station.

3:43 p.m. Police received a complaint of possibly stolen license plates on Digby Lane.

Wednesday, Dec. 23

3:16 p. m. Police investigat­ed a potential burglary on Tamworth Circle. A home’s door was reportedly kicked in and a television and some clothing was missing from the residence.

4:37 p.m. Police received a complaint of a package stolen from in front of a Granshire Circle home. Officers made contact with the individual who was spotted taking it and learned the package had been delivered to the wrong home and the correct recipient collected it.

5:54 p.m. Firefighte­rs put out a shed fire on Dumfries Lane.

Thursday, Dec. 24

11:18 p.m. Police received a complaint of barking dogs and found five dogs left outside in the cold on Aylsham Lane.

Friday, Dec. 25

12:21 p.m. Police checked on a “suspicious black bag” near the intersecti­on of Arkansas Highway 340 and Highland Parkway, reported by a caller who was concerned after hearing about the bombing in Nashville. Officers were unable to locate anything out of the ordinary.

2:33 p.m. Police responded to a call about a stolen phone on Castlebay Lane.

Saturday, Dec. 26

5:57 p.m. Police arrested Shannon Helt, 50, on an out-oftown warrant during a traffic stop on Hiwasse Road.

Sunday, Dec. 27

7:23 a.m. A juvenile who was not in their bed earlier in the morning returned home on Rosenheath Circle.
