Disorderly conduct … On Aug. 26 at 4:35 p.m. police stopped Anthony Repici, 21, of the 100 block of Rockwell Road, Abington, for a red light violation and expired inspection stickers, police said.

Police requested a search of the vehicle due an incident Repici had with another driver at the Philmont Train Station, police said. Upon searching the vehicle, police found a black metal cylinder commonly used to grind marijuana, police said, which had strong odor of marijuana coming from it. Police also discovered fresh cigar shavings in the door pocket, police said.

Repici was charged with disorderly conduct and operation of vehicle without certificat­ion of inspection, police said.

DUI … On Aug. 25 at 11:43 p.m. police observed a white GMC Yukon stopped in the right southbound travel lane of Huntingdon Pike with the rear hatch door open and the hazard lights on. A female, identified as Maureen McCloskey, 45, of the 1100 block of Tabor Lane, Phila- delphia, was standing near the passenger door, police said.

When police asked her what happened, she stated she struck the curb, which resulted in two flat passenger tires, police said. While speaking with her, police detected a slight odor of alcoholic beverage on her breath and her pupils were dilated, police said.

Police administer­ed field sobriety tests, which she failed, and a PBT revealed a 0.178 percent BAC, police said. She was transporte­d to Holy Redeemer Hospital for blood tests, which DUI charges are pending lab results, police said.

DUI … On Aug. 27 at 11:50 p.m. police investigat­ed a green Honda Accord stopped in the southbound shoulder of the 2700 block of Philmont Avenue. According to police, the vehicle was running and was occupied by two young white males.

When speaking to the driver, Hamed Abdelhamid, 19, of the 9800 block of Montour Street, Philadelph­ia, police observed him to be nervous. When asked to exit the vehicle, he was unsteady on his feet and was swaying, police said.

Police administer­ed field sobriety tests, which he failed. Police did not detect any alcoholic beverage on him, but due to his behavior and failed tests, police believed him to be on a controlled substance, police said.

He was transporte­d to Holy Redeemer Hospital for blood tests, which DUI charges are pending lab results, police said.

Fraud … On Aug. 27 at 2:57 p.m. a resident of the 1000 block of Barnswallo­w Lane reported someone opened a PayPal account using her informatio­n. She discovered the account when a package was sent to her home from PC Mall.
