Keller Williams welcomes sales associate
Carri Lyn Ciamarra has joined Keller Williams in Blue Bell as a real estate agent.
She is a United States Navy veteran who has served our country for eight years.
“Being in the military has taught me discipline and motivation,” Ciamarra said. “Because of my background, I have such a strong drive to help individuals, and I am 100 percent dedicated in helping my clients find their dream home. Real estate is more than a job; it’s my passion.”
She currently resides in Bucks County with her fiancé, son and French bull dog.
Real estate agent joins Re/Max 440
Brittany Ballantine has joined Re/Max 440 and is now affiliated with its Perkasie office located at 701 W. Market St., Perkasie.
Prior to becoming a real estate agent, Ballantine worked in property preservation for seven years.
“I chose Re/Max 440 because of the reputation and the opportunity to learn from some of the best in the industry and be in one of the best real estate offices in the area,” Ballantine said. “My goal is to help people into their dream homes.”

Formerly from Montgomery County, Ballantine has been a resident of Bucks County for the last two years. She currently lives in Perkasie with her husband, Ken. They have been married for nine years. They have three children:; Isiah, 10; Eli, 3; and Mila, 9 months. In addition to spending time with her husband and children, Ballantine enjoys camping, hiking and charitable work, which includes Toys 4 Tots, Free
Clinic for the Homeless and Quakertown Outreach.

In the Collegeville office, the Megan GoldsteinJoe Dudek Team has been recognized for listings. Licensed since 2001, Goldstein, SRS, is a 13-year resident of Limerick. Licensed since 1991, Dudek, associate broker, ABR, CSP, GRI, SRS, SRES, is a lifelong resident of Pottstown. They are recipients of the Chairman’s Circle Award.
The Szlavik Team, led by Andrea Szlavik, has been recognized for volume and units. Licensed since 2001, Szlavik, associate broker, ASR, resides in Harleysville.
