Women Leadership Seminar at Saint Basil Academy

Saint Basil Academy offers business education program, college course opportunities for students.

Saint Basil Academy is eager to begin another school year in the fall as we introduce new course offerings for students. In looking to the future, SBA continues to educate the whole person and to prepare our students to meet the demands of an everchanging world. Business education courses will equip students to make informed decisions, to better manage their personal financial resources and to improve their knowledge and understanding of good business practice.

An integral part of the business education program is the Women Leadership Seminar.

The seminar will examine women in leadership and the ways that women have positively influenced society. Students will mentor and job shadow in a specific industry and be exposed to professional skill-building, interviewing and networking opportunities with SBA alumnae.

As we educate, preparation is ongoing for SBA students for their next step. Saint Basil Academy, along with area colleges and universities, offer programs to provide students an opportunity to gain experience at the collegiate level while continuing their involvement and growth in high school. Eligible juniors and seniors may take courses in the Dual Enrollment program with Manor College, the Transformational Scholars Program with La Salle University as well as the Diocesan Scholars Program.
