DUI » George Genis, 27, of Joshua Road, Richboro, has been charged with driving under the influence, possession of a small amount of marijuana and a lane violation following a traffic stop April 26 at Huntingdon Pike and Harpers Lane, police said.

DUI » Brian M. Estelle, 58, of Arch Street, Philadelph­ia, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, driving under the influence, careless driving and a lane violation following a traffic stop May 11 in the 500 block of Old York Road, police said.

DUI » Betty A. Grasty, 58, of Lamont Avenue, Willow Grove, has been charged with driving under the influence, careless and reckless driving and lane violations following a May 14 traffic stop at Easton and Woodland roads, police said. DUI » Matthew D. Malone, 41, of Menlo Avenue, Glenside, has been charged with driving under the influence and failure to drive within the lane following a traffic stop May 25 at Fitzwatert­own and Old Welsh roads, police said.

RETAIL THEFT » Katie Mowrey, 30, of Bonair Avenue, Hatboro, was charged June 25 with retail theft, receiving stolen property, false ID to law enforcemen­t, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug parapherna­lia at the Rite Aid Pharmacy in Abington, police said. POSSESSION » Malachi Brown, 18, of West Wyneva Street, Philadelph­ia, was charged June 28 with possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of parapherna­lia at Old York and Susquehann­a roads, police said.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF » Yanay Goodson-Smith, 26, of Wyncote Towers in the 8400 block of Limekiln Pike, was charged with criminal mischief July 9 after allegedly slashing the tires of an exboyfrien­d’s vehicle around 2:15 p.m. in the parking lot of the apartment complex, police said.

ID THEFT » A resident reported July 9 that the victim’s personal informatio­n was used to open a fraudulent account, police said. VEHICLE ENTERED » The window of a vehicle parked at the Melrose Train Station, 880 Valley Road, was found smashed out at 4:37 p.m. July 9, but nothing appeared to be missing, police said. VANDALISM » The door of an apartment in the 500 block of Stahr Road was found forced open at 6:08 p.m. July 9, but nothing was taken, police said.

RETAIL THEFT » Two males attempted to steal $2,819 worth of merchandis­e from Home Depot, 7690 Washington Lane, at 6:38 p.m. July 9, but all the goods were recovered and the two left in a UHaul truck, police said. TRESPASSIN­G » A resident in the unit block of Latham Parkway reported at 8:17 p.m. July 9 that a bike, lawn mower and line trimmer were stolen from the garage, police said. A suspect was taken into custody, and the investigat­ion is continuing, police said. DISORDERLY CONDUCT » A 17-year-old male of the 7500 block of Manchester Road, Elkins Park, was cited for disorderly conduct at 2:56 a.m. July 10 after officers investigat­ing thefts in the area stopped him on his bike at Old York Road and Willow Avenue, police said. The youth had five or six Percocet in his possession, police said. VEHICLE THEFT » A gray 2008 Honda CBR600RR motorcycle, PA registrati­on 1GP90, was stolen between 11:30 p.m. July 9 and 6:30 a.m. July 10 from the 8100 block of New Second Street, Elkins Park, police said.

RETAIL THEFT » Crystal Harper, 37, of the 8500 block of Fayette Street, Philadelph­ia, was cited for retail theft after taking $63.77 in goods from Walmart, 1000 S. Easton Road, at 1:03 p.m. July 10, police said. WARRANT » Jose Figueroa, 49, of the 900 block of South End Boulevard, Quakertown, turned himself in at district court in Jenkintown at 10 a.m. July 10 on an outstandin­g narcotics warrant, police said.

THEFT FROM VEHICLE » Three pair of sunglasses and a small container of change, total value of more than $200, were stolen from a vehicle in the 1000 block of Prospect Avenue overnight July 10, police said. ROBBERY » Tyrell Billops, 27, of the 200 block Bardal Drive, Coatesvill­e, was charged with robbery of a motor vehicle, simple assault, recklessly endangerin­g another person, criminal mischief and receiving stolen property after he struck his girlfriend and took her vehicle without her permission at 8:52 a.m. July 11 at Cheltenham and 79th avenues, police said. BURGLARY » Tyrese Williams, 24, of the 1800 block of 73rd Avenue, Philadelph­ia, was charged with burglary July 11 after kicking open the front door of a residence in the 2100 block of North John Russell Circle at 8:53 a.m. and taking a camera before fleeing, police said. He was apprehende­d after a foot chase at Cheltenham Avenue and Pittsville Road, police said. Williams was also found to have two outstandin­g warrants from Philadelph­ia, police said.

THEFT FROM VEHICLE » A Halo charging box was stolen from an unlocked vehicle in the 7300 block of Sharpless Road overnight July 10 and was later found in another vehicle that had been entered, police said. RETAIL THEFT » Dwan Sheena Lee, 32, of the 2100 block of West Hunting Park Avenue, Philadelph­ia, was cited for retail theft after taking $40.77 worth of items at 10:31 a.m. July 11 at Walmart, 1000 S. Easton Road, police said. THEFTS FROM VEHICLES » Loose change was reported stolen at 2:12 p.m. July 12 from an unlocked vehicle in the 1100 block of Valley Road, police said. A GPS was reported stolen from another unlocked vehicle on the block, and loose change was taken from a third, police said.
