FRAUD >> A resident reported Sept. 26 that three fraudulent accounts had been opened in his name at TD Bank, all of which were overdrawn, police said. An investigation is ongoing.
FRAUD >> A resident reported Sept. 27 that fraudulent charges were made to her credit card account at a Philadelphia store, police said.
CRIMINAL MISCHIEF >> William Green, 56, of the 700 block of West Avenue, Jenkintown, was charged with criminal mischief, public drunkenness, possession of an instrument of crime and disorderly conduct Sept. 27 after an officer observed Green in the 400 block of Johnson Street at 11:32 p.m. and soon after heard a loud bang, police said. Green was stopped and found to have a rock in his hand he allegedly used to damage a vehicle parked on Johnson Street, police said. He was arraigned and taken to Montgomery County Prison and released Oct. 1 after posting 10 percent of $10,000 bail. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Oct. 11. DISORDERLY CONDUCT >> Mark C. Oelschlegel, 57, of the 2000 block of Country Club Drive, Doylestown, was taken into custody and cited for disorderly conduct at 7:56 a.m. Sept. 28, after officers responded to a call of a male throwing beer cans in the parking lot at the West Avenue Grille, police said. Oelschlegel, who was located in the municipal lot, appeared to be under the influence and was extremely agitated, and was taken to Holy Redeemer Hospital for a blood test and charges of driving under the influence are pending the lab results, police said.
