Freezer 5K: Horsham Township’s seventh annual Freezer 5K Run & Family Fun Walk will be held Dec. 9 along the Horsham Power Line Trail. The fun walk will start at 9.45 a.m., followed by the 5K at 10 a.m. The 5K race will be professionally chip timed and ends at the Simmons Elementary School in Horsham. Awards will be made to the male and female top three in 10 age categories. Registration is $30 at Freezer5K.com, by mail or in person at Horsham Parks & Recreation, 955 Horsham Road, Horsham PA 19044. Late registration on site day of the race will be $35. Checks should be payable to Horsham Township. Discounts are available for groups of 10 or more. Proceeds will benefit Horsham Township Parks and Recreation and the St. Vincent de Paul Food Bank. Preschool Class: Preschool Class takes place Tuesdays at 10:30 a.m. This class helps children develop kindergarten readiness skills by teaching concepts such as the days of the week, letters, counting, rhyming words, weather, colors and shapes. The class also features stories, music and movement activities and a craft. For ages 3 to 5.

Weekend Walks Neshaminy Warwick Cemetery: Oct. 27 at 10 a.m. Join the library Halloween weekend for its annual cemetery walk. This year, the walk will explore the Neshaminy Warwick Presbyterian Church Cemetery. The church historian will show attendees the graves of famous locals, including William Tennent, the cemetery chapel and the church sanctuary, which was built in 1743. Either meet in the library parking lot at 9:30 a.m. to caravan or at the parking lot of the Neshaminy Warwick Presbyterian Church, 1401 Meetinghouse Road, Warminster, at 10 a.m.
Music and Motion with Two of a Kind: Oct. 29 and Nov. 5 at 10:30 a.m. Join David or Jenny from Two of a Kind for stories, rhythm, dancing and music.
