ID THEFT >> A resident reported Oct. 18 the victim’s debit card was stolen and used to make a fraudulent withdrawal totaling $1,100 with check fees, police said.

WARRANT >> Blaine Boughan, 33, of the 1700 block of Conlyn Street, Philadelph­ia, was taken into custody at 3:45 p.m. Oct. 19 at Cedar and Sterling roads on a Bucks County warrant for failure to appear on a shopliftin­g charge, police said.

BURGLARIES >> Electronic­s, jewelry and cash were taken during a burglary of a home in the 2000 block of Mather Way discovered at 3:54 p.m. Oct. 19, police said. A nearby residence in the 2100 block of North John Russell Circle was found burglarize­d at 4:03 p.m. Oct. 19, police said. Change from a dresser and the contents of purses were taken, police said. Entry to both was believed made by forcing a window, police said.

THEFT FROM VEHICLE >> Headphones and $35 cash were reported taken at 7:37 p.m. Oct. 19 from an unlocked vehicle in the 1700 block of Chelsea Road, police said.

THEFT FROM VEHICLE >> A vehicle parked at LA Fitness, 2401 Cheltenham Ave., was found with the driver’s side window broken out at 10 a.m. Oct. 20 and the victim’s wallet was stolen from the center console, police said.

THEFT FROM VEHICLE >> A TroyBilt generator was reported stolen at 10:25 a.m. Oct. 20 from the rear of a pickup truck parked at Home Depot, 7690 Washington Lane, police said.

TRESPASSIN­G >> A resident of the 300 block of East Glenside Avenue reported at 12:04 a.m. Oct. 21 that a black male, about 5 feet 10 inches, in his 30s, with short hair and a beard, wearing a white shirt and dark jeans, entered the residence through an unlocked front door and was asking for help when the homeowner confronted him, police said. The male left once 911 was called, police said.

THEFTS FROM VEHICLES >> Four vehicles parked at Melrose Park House, 900 Valley Road, had their windows smashed out, were found ransacked with items taken at 3:34 a.m. Oct. 21, police said. A suspect was described as a male, approximat­ely 5 feet 5 inches, wearing a three-quarter-length black puffy coat with the hood up, police said.

THEFTS FROM VEHICLES >> Fourteen vehicles parked in the east and north side parking lots at 7900 Old York Road, Elkins Park, were found at 7:20 a.m. Oct. 21 with their windows smashed, ransacked and items taken, police said.

VEHICLE ENTERED >> A vehicle parked in the 900 block of Valley Road, Melrose Park, was found at 11:58 a.m. Oct. 21 with the window smashed, but nothing of value was taken, police said.

RETAIL THEFT >> Mikal Shanks, 40, of the 1700 block of West Erie Avenue, Philadelph­ia, was charged with retail theft at 12:48 p.m. Oct. 21 after taking $389 worth of goods from Home Depot, 7690 Washington Lane, police said.

RETAIL THEFT >> Three black males in their 20s stole numerous clothing items from KicksUSA, 2401 W. Cheltenham Ave, at 1:06 p.m. Oct. 21 and fled in a gray Jeep Cherokee rental car with Ohio plate HLV3305, police said.

RETAIL THEFT >> Patrick Brinkley, 54, of the 2800 block of North Judson Street, Philadelph­ia, was charged with retail theft at 1:52 p.m. Oct. 21 after he and an unknown male stole $537.39 in flooring items from Home Depot, 7690 Washington Lane, police said. The other male got away, police said.

RETAIL THEFT >> Nakia Garrus, 44, of the 1400 block of Clearview Street, Philadelph­ia, was cited for retail theft at 4:22 p.m. Oct. 21 after taking $25 worth of clothing from Marshalls, 2401 W. Cheltenham Ave., police said. She was also charged with false ID and taken into custody on a warrant from Pennsylvan­ia Board of Probation and Parole on an original charge of manslaught­er, police said.

THEFT FROM VEHICLE >> A vehicle parked in the 7300 block of Granite Road had the passenger window smashed out overnight Oct. 21 and an iPhone 7 was stolen from the trunk, police said.

THEFT >> A vehicle parked in the 700 block of Valley Road had the driver’s side window broken out overnight Oct. 21; it was unknown if anything was taken, police said.

FRAUD >> A resident reported Oct. 22 receiving a fraudulent call from someone threatenin­g to cut off the electricit­y if the victim did not immediatel­y send a payment of $485, police said.

RETAIL THEFT >> Antonio Amaro, 54, of the 400 block of East Mechanic Street, Philadelph­ia, was charged with a felony count of retail theft after taking $139 in goods from Home Depot, 7690 Washington Lane, at 5:58 p.m. Oct. 22, police said. Amaro had six prior retail theft conviction­s, police said.

FRAUD >> A resident reported Oct. 25 being defrauded of more than $2,900 via email and a bad check, police said.

RETAIL THEFT >> A male ripped two phone cases off the wall of Metro PCS, 2401 W. Cheltenham Ave., at 7:16 p.m. Oct. 25 and walked out, but the property was recovered outside the store and the male fled the scene, police said. FRAUD >> A business in the 8200 block of Old York Road reported Oct. 26 that a $3,200.50 check was fraudulent­ly cashed on the business’s account, police said.

DRUG CHARGE >> Chester Brame, 41, of the unit block of East Township Line Road, was arrested at 2:50 p.m. Oct. 26 and charged with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance after officers witnessed a drug transactio­n take place in the unit block of East Township Line, police said.

DRUG CHARGES >> Jonathan Streeper, 37, of the 100 block of Central Avenue, was charged with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance Oct. 26 during a drug buy in the 100 block of Township Line Road, police said. Amanda Benincasa, 31, of the 6500 block of Horrocks Street, Philadelph­ia, a passenger in Streeper’s vehicle, was taken into custody on a warrant from Rockledge Borough, police said. While serving a search warrant at Streeper’s apartment, police arrested Melissa Devers, 34, of the 4700 block of Magnolia Avenue, Feastervil­le, and charged her with possession of controlled substances and parapherna­lia, police said.

THEFT FROM VEHICLES >> Nine batteries, valued at $1,665, were reported stolen at 7 a.m. Oct. 29 from three constructi­on vehicles at Gimbel Field, 260 Harrison Ave., police said.

ID THEFT >> A resident reported Oct. 30 that an unknown person used the victim’s personal informatio­n to open a fraudulent Verizon account, police said.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT >> Sebastian Pollard, 18, of the 7400 block of North 21st Street, Philadelph­ia, was cited for disorderly conduct after officers responded to a call at 8:03 p.m. Oct. 30 of males pulling on vehicle door handles in the parking lot at Target, 2450 Shoppers Lane, police said. The males were seen entering a black Chevy Impala, which was stopped by police, who noted a strong odor of marijuana in the vehicle, and Pollard, an occupant of the vehicle, was cited, police said.

VEHICLES ENTERED >> Two vehicles, one in the 400 block of West Laurel Avenue and one in the 100 block of Laurel, were gone through overnight Oct. 30, but nothing appeared to be taken, police said.

VANDALISM >> A resident of the 500 block of Shoemaker reported Oct. 31 that a neighbor wrote on the windshield of the victim’s vehicle with a yellow wax, “If you don’t live here, don’t park here. Thanks,” police said.

Santiago-Regusters, 35, of the unit block of Cheltenham Avenue, Philadelph­ia, after he was stopped at 11:17 p.m. Oct. 17 for a stop sign violation at Summit Avenue and Walnut Street, police said. He was transporte­d to Holy Redeemer Hospital for a blood test, and charges are pending the results, police said.

WARRANT >> A warrant has been issued by the Jenkintown Police Department for Sean D. Vance, 33, of the 500 block of Willow Street, Jenkintown, charging him with domestic violence violations, police said.

WARRANT >> Sean D. Vance, 33, of the 500 block of Willow Street, Jenkintown, turned himself in at 12:53 p.m. Oct. 29 on a warrant charging him with simple assault, aggravated assault, recklessly endangerin­g another person and harassment, police said. He was arraigned and taken to Montgomery County Prison and later released after posting a $50,000 bail bond, police said.

Bast became combative and assaulted an officer, and he was arrested, charged and taken to Montgomery County Prison in lieu of $25,000 cash bail, police said.

Hill, 25, of the 100 block of Cedar Street, after he struck a speed limit sign and failed to stop for a stop sign at 2:57 a.m. Nov. 4, police said.
