Arcata Fire District Board of Directors
When: Second Tuesday of every month at 5:30 p.m. Where: The meeting can be viewed via Zoom through the Arcata Fire District’s website.
• The board will elect new board officers for the new year.
• The board will receive a report from the ad hoc committee on citizen oversight of Measure F.

Arcata Planning Commission
When: Second and fourth Tuesdays of every month at 6 p.m.
Where: The meeting can be viewed on the city’s website, the city’s YouTube page at https://www.youtube. com/channel/UCJYGp9zDPdWMGt A0BtfFX_ A or via Access Humboldt channels. • Commissioners will review the 2020 Planning Commission Annual Report.

Eureka Planning Commission
When: Second Monday of the month at 5:30 p.m. Where: The meeting can be watched via the city’s website or on Access Humboldt channels.
• Commissioners will review the city’s 2021 Capital Improvement Program and forward to the Eureka city council for recommendations.

Fortuna Planning Commission
When: Second and fourth Tuesday of the month at 6 p.m.
Where: The meeting can be watched via Access Humboldt channels.

Humboldt Bay Fire Joint Powers Authority
When: Second Wednesday of each month at 4 p.m. Where: The meeting can be viewed via Zoom through its website.
• The board will select a chair, vice-chair and secretary to serve for a term of one year beginning Jan. 2021. The chair will also appoint board members to select committees.

Humboldt Bay Harbor, Recreation and Conservation District
When: The second Thursday of the month at 7 p.m. Where: The meeting can be watched via Access Humboldt channels or via Zoom though the district’s website.
• The board will elect a president, vice president and secretary. The board will also review its list of subcommittees for accuracy and propose changes to current subcommittee members.
• The board will review a 2020 report regarding the “Assessment of the North Coast Railroad Authority and Viability of a Great Redwood Trail” along with a report on the historic shipping volumes of Humboldt Bay.
• The board will consider
the permit application for Hog Island Oyster Company: Arcata Bay Shellfish Farm for filing and begin the public review process. The agenda can be accessed online at http:// humboldtbay.org/meetingdocuments-2020.
Humboldt Bay Municipal Water District
When: Second Thursday of each month at 9 a.m. Where: The meeting can be viewed on Zoom via the district’s website.
• The board will review and possibly approve MOU with Trinidad Rancheria.
• The board will receive an update on the disaster declaration at Ruth Lake including a wildfire disaster recovery update from the Ruth Lake community services district and an update from the California Department of Fish and Wildlife on debris removal.
• The board will appoint officers and committee members.
