Arcata Fire District Board of Directors
When: Second Tuesday of every month at 5:30 p.m.
Where: The meeting will be available through Zoom, at https://us02web.zoom.us/ j/551748203#success.
• Under its consent agenda, the board will adopt a resolution authorizing the California Public Employees’ Retirement System to recognize the district’s 72-hour workweek schedule for safety and non-exempt employees.

Eureka Planning Commission
When: Second Monday of the month at 5:30 p.m.
Where: The meeting will be available on the city’s website at www.ci.eureka.ca.gov and on cable channel 10.
• The commission will discuss a resolution approving a local coastal program amendment to increase the building height limit from 35 feet to 55 feet within the coastal service commercial zone district. The district includes properties at Jacobs Avenue and the Indianola Cutoff.

Fortuna Planning Commission
When: Second and fourth Tuesday of the month at 6 p.m.
Where: The meeting will be available via Access Humboldt channels.
• The commission will review the design of two fourplex buildings which include elevators submitted by the Lutheran Home for the Aging.

Humboldt Bay Fire Joint Powers Authority
When: Second Wednesday of each month at 4 p.m.

• The JPA will review a resolution amending the salary schedule to update the fire inspector pay rate.

Humboldt County Association of Governments
When: Third Thursday of each month at 4 p.m.

• The association’s board may receive Caltrans reports on Last Chance Grade and the 101 corridor project.

Humboldt County Board of Supervisors
When: Every Tuesday except for the fifth Tuesday of a month at 9 a.m.

• Under its consent agenda, the board will authorize state Cannabis Equity Act grant funding. The county had previously entered into a grant agreement with the Bureau of Cannabis Control for equity funding in the amount of $1,338,683.13.
• Under its consent agenda, the board will extend the lease for the property located at 2426 Sixth Street in Eureka to the Elections Department. The department has been headquartered at this address since 2016.
• The board will receive the code enforcement unit’s annual report.

Trinidad City Council
When: Second (and fourth) Tuesday of the month at 6 p.m.

• The council will discuss its moratorium on issuing shortterm rental licenses.
• The council will discuss a draft ordinance to establish a water advisory committee.
