NETS AND WARRIORS WIN; 76ERS’ SKID HITS 18 GAMES

Bojan Bogdanovic came off the bench to score a season- high 22 points with nine rebounds and lead the Brooklyn Nets to their first victory of the season, 106- 98 against the Houston Rockets on Wednesday. The Nets entered the game 0- 7 and the Rockets 4- 3. The victory was the Nets’ first in Houston since March 13, 2006, ending an eight- game skid.

Stephen Curry scored 28 points and Andre Iguodala added 20 as the Golden State Warriors matched a franchise record for wins ( nine) to start a season with a 100- 84 victory against the host Memphis Grizzlies. The game was the first between the teams since the Warriors defeated Memphis 119- 69 on Nov. 2, the worst loss in franchise history.
