AIR FORCE GREAT DOWIS DIES

Former Air Force quarterback Dee Dowis, 48, one of the program’s all- time greats and a 2009 Air Force Athletic Hall of Fame inductee, was killed in a car crash Monday in Georgia, the school said in a statement Tuesday.
